Shelby! Was amazing I had an issue with a check I mobile deposited causing a messy situation with my account and she took amazing care of me and understood my concerns and worries as my bills were coming out. Despite of my check not being there.She went above and beyond for me! I even called this morning to check in to see if there was any updates and she was already on it! I’m so beyond greatful as the check was expect a week later to deposit but she did it overnight!Highly recommend her customer service!! Thank you shelby

This is a review for Tyler Ellis, a wealth manager with US Bank in Coeur d'Alene. He's so sharp when it comes to staying on top of the changes in economy and where we're going. Where to put your money so it's safe and yet productive long term is hard to figure out these days but with Tyler's knowledge, you'll feel confident that he's steering you in the right direction. I highly recommend his for any financial advice you might need.

Personal, professional, courteous, NEVER rush me just to help the next person. I won't bank somewhere where they treat you like cattle. Us Bank has been consistent and easy transitions into changes and advancements. This location has been there for us from the beginning of our business and continues the quality service with our personal accounts.

Drive through is so small it's hard for big vehicles to fit. Oh, and good luck calling in with questions. No one answers and there is no voice service. Just hangs up on you. Really close to switching banks.

The issue is with a banker with the last name Brenner. Summed up complaint, he messed up opening an entire credit card account. There would be no problem if it wasn’t for Brenner.Longer explanation: He had “helped” me and my husband open an account. He pretty much messed up everything to where I had to sit on the phone with Cardmember service for 40 minutes as soon as I got my cards. He did not make the CC a joint account as I had explicitly repeated. I went into the bank SPECIFICALLY so we could make it a joint account. He also reassured me TWICE that this was the case. Had online set up been an option I would’ve done so. Now, I have to wait a month to get on the account as a joint owner instead of just a ‘user’. This means my husband and I could’ve had a better APR and credit limit had there been both of our information run. Everyone knows how hard it is to get a good APR rate and how hard it is to change from the original one given to you. All in all, it’s such an inconvenience and shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place. So many other little issues with him, and he simply should not be handling anyone’s accounts or anyone’s money.Only gets two stars because Austin Poland was the original banker helping us and he was fantastic! Austin gets five stars on his own.Update: Someone was supposed to call me to resolve the matter and never did. Not only that, I found out that they also ran my credit but somehow still put me in as only an authorized user?! Then, they're saying I can only be added on as a co-owner by running my credit again?? Like, docking 20 points the first time wasn't enough??

When I had came through the drive thru I had a concern and with out a doubt the employee Shelby helped me right away, got back to me the next day about my issue. Thanks for having great customer service!

Says drive through is open at 9am. Been sitting here stuck behind another customer and a car behind me and it’s 9:30am and still not one person helping anyone. Super frustrating

Google said the drive thru would be open until 5. It wasnt. They're closed at 4. I'm working longer, harder hours during this pandemic so how am I supposed to get to the bank?
