To call these people inept would be an insult to idiots. While on vacation I had to go to urgent care, the physician sent 3 prescriptions to this store at 11:00 AM. At 4 PM they had managed to fill two of the three. I told them to give me what they had, as 6 hours without any medicine seemed like an issue to me. When I checked later they no longer had any record of the third prescription. I truly hope Walgreens corporate reads these reviews, and then fires every last person in that store. I called the urgent care at 8 PM and they tried to reach out to the Walgreens, they never answered the phone. I cannot stress enough the utter ineptitude of the people at this store. Ultimately the doctor called Safeway and they were able to fill the prescription in the 15 minutes it took to drive there. Keep up the good work Walgreens, I cannot imagine a company entrusted with people's health to possibly suck any more than you.

I went there a few days ago, had a coupon for $7.00 off my purchase and the cashier threw my coupon in the garbage!!! That is 100% unacceptable!!!!!

Horrible service at the Pharmacy. DO THEY DO THIS TO YOU TOO? They changed the brand of my prescription without even telling me. I got home and saw it was not the same, then did some research on the internet and find out that there are so many side effects with this drug, that I cannot possible take it. I would rather have a seizure than deal with these side effects. I called the pharmacy on Appleway in Cda, spoke with the Manager that was dull and could not do anything for me. He told me it was the same drug just a different manufacturer. I told him this is not ok, if I buy a Ford, I don't want Honda parts. He then said cannot take back the WRONG meds, even though they changed the drug manufacturer without letting me have to option of even knowing. I will never go back to this horrible lazy location where you are treated like "Sheep". I told him I wish him the same service in life. Please join me in sending him this vibe. (If he thinks he knows what the best meds are for you- why do we need doctors.) BEWARE.

Went in and asked for a Covid booster. Said they were too busy and short staffed to take walk ins. Made an appointment online for next day. Showed up only to be told that per cdc guidelines we had to wait 5 months between boosters and it had only been 4 1/2. I pulled up the cdc page on my phone and showed them that 4 months was correct. They still refused to give us the shot.

This review is for the pharmacy: total unmitigated disaster. I made an appointment online ahead of time to receive a TDAP vaccine. I arrived early and waited in line 20 minutes to even check in with someone at the counter. The tech acted completely flabbergasted and refused my vaccination saying they were too busy and couldn't manage it. Why even have/make appointments. I will obviously be going elsewhere for this vaccine and any other pharmacy needs.

This review is for Teresa (sp) she help me when the young man at the photo counter would not listen to my situation only kept talking over me and had no clue how to help... he was just as rude as could be... so I yelled at him to just shut up and listen, but him being so hurt by my yelling at him he transferred me to Teresa she ask how she could help I explained my situation she ask a few questions and in less than a minute she had it all worked out, for her she gets an EXCELLENT JOB!!! Thank you, for the young man at the photo counter, he gets a zero!!! He needs more training

This is the most horrible pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They have lost prescriptions, are rude and have horrible customer service. It will take a very long time to get a prescription, they will mess it up, and then you have to be on hold for over an hour or stand in line for the same amount of time in the store. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. I couldn't recommend any place less.

The pharmacy manager needs to be fired for failure to do their job, refusing to do there job. the Hospital needs to stop sending Rxs to Walgreens. They had all the items order by the hospital, by the time we got there they sold the stuff in the set aside order, then told my wife she had to find it she was not going to do it.

Pharmacy is very slow. They told me my prescription would be ready in 90 mins. Came back 2 hrs later and it was not ready. Doesn't seem organized at all.

I've never had such a horrible experience as I did today at the pharmacy. I got a prescription for Medicine for a migraine, took it inside to drop off and ask the person how long it was going to take because I was in a lot of pain. Was told 1 hour maybe sooner. I asked are you sure just to confirm because I need this now. Well it's been 2.5 hours and I head back because I still don't have a text message saying it's ready so I think maybe my phone number is wrong in their system. Wait the 20 min in their line get to the window. It's not ready, they haven't started or done anything with it. Well I ask how much longer at this point. She replied with maybe 30 min, I don't know. Well I can't rely on anything that they say time wise so I just ask for it back and figure that I'll just take it somewhere else. When I get it I see that they must have called the dr's office because the nurses name is written on it saying that she verified it. So they had the ability to confirm it but not actually fill it? All while just making up estimated times all together. Then to add onto that, that it might be ready early? Seriously?! I get it that everyone is short staffed but be honest and up front about what people can expect. If it's now coming on 3 hrs before it will be ready. You know that you are slammed and it's going to take longer.

This pharmacy is really bad. I'm new to the area and will keep trying to find a reliable pharmacy. Their lines are soooo long. I understand places are having trouble staffing during Covid but this evening I was in the drive thru line before it was time for them to close (a few cars back) and they just closed. Their lines already take a ridiculous amount of time and then to just close on customers who have been waiting. They MUST develop a system to take care of their customers more efficiently and for sure the customers who are in line before closing time (maybe putting a barricade after the last car). Regardless my husband had surgery in Spokane today and is now without his needed meds for the night. Really Walgreens!!!????

Get your s*** together, Walgreens. Specifically Post Falls Walgreens and Appleway Walgreens. I can't wait 1-3 hours in your ridiculous lines 2-3 times per month when I need my life saving prescriptions. You don't even answer your phones anymore at the PF branch so I couldn't even get my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy that HAS their s*** together. When I called the Coeur d'Alene branch to get THEM to transfer my prescriptions to said different pharmacy, I was told "I don't have time, call post falls Walgreens." And then they hung up on me when I was in the middle of explaining that I can't do that because PF Walgreens wasn't answering and lines were so long, I'd be waiting for HOURS. My NEW pharmacy can't get a hold of anyone to transfer my meds to be filled. What is there a pharmacy tech shortage now?? Or is your company just not hiring a sufficient amount of staff to smoothly meet demands?? Oh ya and you're only operating one of your two drive through lanes all the while the cars are lined up around the entire building. Get your s*** together, Walgreens!

I have been getting prescriptions here for 5 years now and we have been through constant battles of getting our prescriptions fulfilled. Sometimes, they don't give my husband his full prescription (for epilepsy), rarely does our auto fill go through. This last time, I called in my refill (for depression/anxiety) through the automated system for pick up that same day. My husband went to pick it up and they told him it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I waited 3 days for a text/call stating my prescription was ready for pick up. Nothing. So I called and talked to a pharmacist tech and they had nothing in the system that said I even called in my refill but that I had refills approved. So he told me I could pick it up in 3 hours. It's been almost 4 hours and I still have not received a call or text stating that my prescription is ready for pick up. Definitely switching to a different pharmacy now since they don't seem to care at all about filling prescriptions.

Total FAIL Walgrens! Made appointment for Covid vaccination and arrived on time. Very busy which is understandable. Checking in and Pharmacist said " It's going to be a 45 min wait or SO?? Really? Why bother with this ridiculous appointment making process on line. If you are short staffed why make appointments! If it's so important to have this vaccine why aren't they making it a priority to follow thru with appointments! FAIL FAIL FAIL. I WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR IF I COULD!
