I just experienced outstanding customer service at Wild West Rustic Furniture. I custom ordered a set of dining chairs which ultimately did not work out. Mark and Carol did not hesitate to graciously take them back. When I wandered through the store, I was amazed at the vast inventory they carry! I highly recommend this furniture store and appreciate their helpful sales staff.

Love this store they've been in business a long time and know exactly what the customers want. We bought this awesome beautiful dining room table from Casey, excellent customer service. On a side note I would love to live in the store, lol.

Wild West Rustic Furniture was an awesome furniture store full of unique pieces and a whole lot of live edge pieces. My wife and I will be back to buy a dining room table soon. My one complaint was that I went in with a stroller and it was so packed with stuff wall to wall that I had a really hard time getting around.

A great store with several quality American made products and amazing customer service. While looking through showroom I was helped by Casey who went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Our experience went so well that we returned the next day to buy another piece.

This place is AMAZING! We finally got the time to go in and Casey was SOO helpful. We had heard prices were outrageous, but they were actually very reasonably priced! And very accommodating! We wanted a bed frame that fit a CA king, and they were willing to custom make one to fit at no extra charge. Absolutely make time to go in! They have EVERYTHING! Definitely going back.

I cannot walk out of Wild West Rustic Furniture without finding exactly what I wanted. Their inventory and selection is amazing!! I love this place and the owners and staff are so customer friendly. I highly recommend this great place.
