“The young ladies greet me as soon as I walked in! They were both helpful! The store layout was nice, the dressing rooms were large with large mirrors. They had a sale room, you didn’t have to figure out what was on sale they were all clearly marked. I would highly recommend visiting if you get a chance.”

“If I could give this store more then a 5 star I would! Casper and Riley were so helpful! I had absolutely no idea about skater clothes and I didn’t know my size in anything. Riley showed me not only the girls section but also the Men’s section and what pants he would recommend based on how i like my jeans. He also offered to help order pants and shoes if they didn’t have them in their store which I really appreciated since I love Converse but they didn’t have the platform ones in store.
Casper was so supportive with shirts especially because i’m not a girly girl so I didn’t really want any cropped tops but she found one that I absolutely loved on myself! Riley and Casper also helped me build a board for my boyfriend for our Anniversary and was so helpful case I had no idea what I was doing.
I love coming inside the store they are always so welcoming and the music is always fire choice! Not only that but the store is always so well kept and not dirty at all, a plus to the Zumiez team Y’all are awesome!”

“We arrived with my Mother-n-law who had lost almost 100lbs! She needed new clothes desperately. Upon arriving we were met by 2 of the greatest ladies (Becky and Pilar..forgive my spelling if incorrect). They made my Mother-n-law feel special and really catered to her. “The staff at this location was very friendly and courteous as Buckle staff generally is. They had plenty of staff to adequately help the people in the store during our visit. The prices were what you’d expect at a Buckle store. The store was neat and organized. Very easy and pleasant shopping experience.”

“A lot crappy things have happened to local economies since COVID shutdowns But one of the bright spots is Kohl's in Coeur d'Alene. Now the ONLY place we go for clothing, shoes, gifts, toys, bathing suits for my sons. They have every major name brand (Levi's, Under Armor, Vans, Adidas...). Always a great sale on. Best value - high quality, affordable, excellent customer service.. Kohls Cash is king.”
“I love this place! Such fun, unique , beautiful things and an amazing staff. Especially Maureen!!!! She saved my life! I bought a shirt there for a business dinner and when I went to put it on noticed there was some fray on it. Went to see if they had another one in my size and they didn’t. So, Maureen (who had helped me earlier that day with the purchase and was very very sweet and friendly) fixed it for me and it looks amazing. She was apparently a seamstress and it looked perfect! Oh, and I forgot to mention that she was actually done with her shift and leaving when I came in. She stayed about 30 minutes longer to help me. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much for everything Maureen!!! You are amazing!!!!”
“Best customer service ever. The girls in the store went above and beyond to make sure I left happy, even working with me on something that wasn’t standard since I’m not local. They took the time to help me find pieces that actually fit my style instead of just pushing whatever was on the rack. The clothes here are so cute, I always find something I didn’t know I needed. I left feeling like a valued customer, not just another sale. Highly recommend stopping in, you won’t be disappointed.”

Only two clerks, but they were fantastic!
We were through the line and out the checkout in no time.
One of the checkers said they had people call in sick, and no show that day.

“Incredible Service & Quality Merch! Went into the store on 10/30/2025 looking for a men’s jacket and I was greeted by Lisa who was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for and she had some very helpful suggestions on sizes, fabric and quality.
