Super polite and courteous from the beginning. I was in a dire situation and was asking for the moon and these guys delivered!
Squeezed me in on a full parking lot of jobs and had me out the door based on a cautiously optimistic time frame.
At one point while waiting, a customer walked in with a box of donuts. Her story was someone from the shop had gone to this young woman's, grandmother's house and picked up her car.....(she couldn't drive it for whatever reason) fixed her car, and took back to her...... the donuts came with a very heartfelt thankful for going so far above and beyond.
I honestly was a little blown away that here in 2024, there's companies that still have that "we take care of our community, small hometown vibe."
If you're like me and you have trust issues with mechanic shops, go walk in and visit with them. There's a reason these guys have been here for 51 years.
