Not only that, they were able to get German parts same day which is so rare. “CJ & Shannon were incredibly attentive and helpful when we desperately needed a new tire a few weeks ago. We called first thing in the morning when they opened, and Shannon quickly checked that they had the tire we needed and invited us to stop by before they got busy. We love their walk-in system, and we were able to get in and out in what felt like just a few minutes. CJ was incredibly professional and fast - since it was easier to not back our trailer into the bay, he manually changed our tire just off to the side of their parking area. The service was beyond anything we could ask for, especially at 7:30 in the morning! He even took some time to teach us what to look for with these tires and when we can expect to change them in the future. We are so appreciative of them, and for anything tire related, you will be in great hands at Commercial Tire!”

“I have never taken my vehicle here. When my car needs serviced, this is where I will go no doubt.
I called to get my car to be looked at about a year ago. I spoke with George and he kindly and patiently listened to what was going on and instead of George scheduling me an appointment he pointed me in a direction that was more helpful, less costly as well as explained the powertrain warranty that my car would still be under. He also told me another route to go if I was not able to get a solution working with the dealership and then proceeded to tell me to call him back if that failed as well. As a consumer, I should have known this…. Goodness, I surely appreciate the honesty of George in addition not wasting my time or money and instead pointed me in the right direction to get my car diagnosed and fixed. I wasn’t even a customer and he was going above and beyond. Thank you….. If only the world was filled with more people like you.”

“I was told by a different big name shop I would need 2 new tires as the puncture was not repairable. I was skeptic and took my tire to a local business where a patch was placed. My tire was flat the next morning. I then scheduled with Les Schwab to get new tires. Mitch took a look and explained to me how I did not in fact need new tires, and that the patch that was recently done by the other shop was not done properly and had failed. He was able to re-patch my tire at no cost. I have not had issues since. Mitch saved me a lot of money. Being a young female I appreciate his honestly and taking the time to explain things. The team was thorough, efficient and friendly. I’ll definitely be back when I do need new tires!”

I was instantly connected with Luke, who happened to be the owner of Motor Mayhem. When I finished telling him about my concerns, he knew what I was talking about and he quickly responded with a solution that aptly suited my needs and personally made it his responsibility to make sure the equipment I required for my move was on site and on time.
