“Eagle Auto Repair has served my automotive needs for many years. They are sincere about wanting to zero in on my concerns and remedy the issue(s) in a timely manner. They are pleasant to work with, and have always been very honest in their dealings with me.”
“Staff was very kind, organized and supportive. The electronic reporting received was very informative (although printing it for my files cut off numerous lines). They were quick to get my truck in and met the deadlines they promised. Would consider them for maintenance of all of our vehicles in the future.”
“Excellent service and very fair pricing. The staff was straightforward, customer-friendly, and proactive, even offering to fill in the crack in my windshield without my needing to ask and routing it through my insurance.
I brought my own oil, and instead of adding a surcharge—as some other Jiffy Lube locations do—the Eagle location gave me a $10 credit, reducing the pre-tax service price by about 18%. My total was only $46.37, including the oil filter, labor, and tax—about 35.5% less than the $71.93 I previously paid at the Post Falls location for a comparable service. I really appreciate their fair pricing and will gladly return.”
“Hosted my entire youth group of 30 plus kids while they fixed a bad tire on our bus. Super quick and so kind to let us sit in their lobby instead of leaving us out in the heat.”

“I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH J&B AUTOMOTIVE THIS MORNING. AS I TYPE THIS, I AM FEELLING A RENEWED FAITH IN THE OLD SCHOOL WAYS OF RESPECT AND TRUST. I HAD REQUESTED TWO ITEMS TO BE CHECKED OUT AND REPAIRED. I WANTED TO STAY WHILE THE WORK WAS DONE, AND HEIDI TOLD ME TO GET IN THE CAR AND SHE WOULD RUN ME TO A COFFEE SHOP TO WAIT. WITHIN AN HOUR SHE WAS BACK TO GET ME. WHO DOES THIS FOR A CUSTOMER. AND THEN SHE TOLD ME, GARY, WE COULD'NT CHARGE YOU TO HAVE THE BRAKE FLUID CHANGED, IT TESTED GOOD IN EVERY WAY. AND AS FAR AS YOUR HEADLIGHTS ARE CONCERNED, WE ADJUSTED THEM A BIT AND YOU ALREADY HAVE THE BRIGHTEST BULBS YOU CAN BUY. SO THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE TO YOU TODAY. I FELL BACK IN MY SEAT!”
