“Overall, it was a great experience! I was told my car was finished and ready for pick up but insurance had to approve the additional $250 for the repairs that wasn’t yet approved! I had to wait an additional day just to find out that the estimate was agreed upon and that wasn’t the case! I could have had my car the same day the repairs were finished!”
“If I could give Wizard Auto Specialties 10 stars I would! I've been SO IMPRESSED with their high standard of customer service and their expertise with autobody work. I was, unfortunately, in an accident about 6 months ago. Greg and Traci at Wizard made sure my rental car was available right at the shop! I was also able to drop the rental car at the shop when my vehicle was finished. That is a BIG DEAL when you don't have another licensed driver handy. The autobody work was excellent. I could not tell there was ever an issue. A couple of months later I felt a wobble of some kind at certain speeds. I talked to Greg about it, and he didn't ask any questions at all but had me drop it off as soon as possible. He discovered that the issue was not a warranty issue (not even part of the repairs), but during the workup he discovered the problem and had it repaired for me! When it was finished he delivered the car to my work! I'm telling you... that kind of customer service is rare these days. RARE, Y'ALL!! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you Greg and Traci!”
“Showed up for appt. 15 min early. Took car into shop immediately while I waited in the Waiting room. Finished work over 45 min.ahead of schedule. Donna was very friendly & gave me proper maintenance instructions on how to prevent future cracks. Overall a pleasant experience. Will recommend to others.”
“Update: Once again, had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube on Fairview in Meridian. As always, they were perfect. This location does such a good job. Used them for more than 30 years. Moved to Nampa six years ago. Tried the Nampa locations. Ugh. Now I drive to Meridian for my oil changes. Special shout out to Larry, the manager at this location. After my oil change in January 2026, I went along happily thinking everything was fine and dandy, until Tuesday, 3/16/26. On my way home from work, my car started overheating. Weird, since it’s not that old (2019 model) and it’s been faithfully maintained. Long story short - the cap was left off the overflow tank and my coolant was bubbling out. After I finally got home, I called Jiffy Lube and talked to Larry. He actually remembered me and sent a technician to my home with coolant to get me safely back on the road. The tech showed up about 20 minutes later, filled everything back up and made sure the cap was back in place, played with my crazy dogs and was kind to me. I’m amazed that the cap rode on top of the battery for six weeks!! And if you’re curious, no - I didn’t notice the cap was still there at first. I sent the pic to my son and he pointed it out. 🫢. Anyway. Thank you Larry! I’ll continue to drive to you for my oil changes!”

“Absolutely thrilled I found this place. I got a pretty bad rock chip and every auto shop I called was booked out for weeks. I was scrambling trying to find a place to help and there it was. A glorious poster right in front of the Phillips 66 that said “free rock chip repair”. Pulled in and after about 30 minutes I was driving away with 1 less chip in my windshield. An excellent find that I will come back to if I ever have another chip.”

“These guys are awesome. After wasting 2 days waiting for safelite. Loosing 200. 00 plus in work. Told them I work nights so 1pm became 5 then 7pm. I went to fast glass in and out 38 minutes. Was 40.00 cheaper than safe lite. Thank you fast glass”

“I recently had the windshield replaced on my Jeep Wrangler by Safelite, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The technician was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in his work. The installation was completed perfectly, and everything was clean and spotless when he finished.
The best part was his sense of humor. After completing the installation, he looked at my Wrangler and said, “Cheers ‘til next time!” 🤣 As any Wrangler owner knows, that’s both funny and absolutely 100% accurate.
