“Where do I start? Idaho Collision Centers completely exceeded my expectations after being t-boned in an accident. The wreck caused such emotional stress and the last thing I wanted to think about was trusting a company to make my car "brand new". I had reached out for advice via social media and was responded to by Robert. Robert was very professional and gave very valuable input as well as respecting my opinion. I had researched a few other places and was very unsure where to go and who to trust. I can say without a doubt that Robert was the reason I had chose Idaho Collision Centers. Robert very clearly went above and beyond in his role with ICC. It means so much to me that Robert reached out offering help and guidance in such a difficult time for me. Robert kept in contact with me every step of the way with emails and phone calls. I was given dates on when to expect my car & if not finished by then, given another date. However my car was still done sooner than expected! I had little talk with the insurance company, which I am thankful for. Robert handled all that. Most important of all, my car is STUNNING! Looks better than it did prior to the wreck. I was afraid to drive off in it (my own fear after the wreck) but Idaho Collision Centers guarantee their work. “I recently was in need of some vehicle repair and the shop I had used for years was now closed due to retirement. Based on some other reviews I chose Caliber Collision to give me some help. I can not express how impressed I was with their operation and how well they run their business from beginning to end. It took a while to get the vehicle in as they were very busy but that was to be expected. When I called and talked with my insurance company even they were pleased that I had chosen Caliber to get the work done. Once I dropped the vehicle off I was constantly kept informed by text as to the progress of the repairs and was really surprised when the repairs were completed well before the time frame that I was originally told. The repairs were perfect and it looks like the vehicle is brand new and nothing ever happened. So ....if you are in need of some collision repairs I can highly recommend them.”

“Had a 2 hour quote over the phone, its always nice to have an expected time frame. I showed up for my appointment they informed me it would only be about an hour and a half. I sat for 3 hours and heard the girls gossiping about customers, talking about their problems with their personal home toilet "spraying blue liquid on the wall". As it turns out those things were all more important than doing their job. It wasn't until I decided to go ask one of the receptionists if my car was done. It had been done for who knows how long and i was never notified. Not one time in 3 HOURS did anyone come in to tell me what was going on, almost like i wasnt even there. I was never notified it would take longer than expected, I was not told when my car was done, I was not told that I was able to leave, and i did not recieve an apology for their incompetence either. I think you should look into investing in better customer service representatives, especially with all of the better quality auto glass repair shops out there.Updated; after this horrible experience. A nice young lady named Sasha gave me a call right after and took 30 minutes of her time on a friday to apologize. She told me that's not how they want to run their business, let me know she's going to talk to those employees, ensured the same thing won't ever happen again, and reconciled with a customer she's never met face to face before. She is a golden example of what customer service should look like, thank you Sasha.”

“Absolutely thrilled I found this place. I got a pretty bad rock chip and every auto shop I called was booked out for weeks. I was scrambling trying to find a place to help and there it was. A glorious poster right in front of the Phillips 66 that said “free rock chip repair”. Pulled in and after about 30 minutes I was driving away with 1 less chip in my windshield. An excellent find that I will come back to if I ever have another chip.”
