“Brad saved the day! After noticing thousands of tiny orange corrosion spots on my $60k truck, first I went to a couple of body shops who diagnosed as rusted and mandatory new paint for $10k.
Immediately Brad called foul, and fixed it the next morning with his magic potions for $300 bucks!”

“Really enjoyed having Brian come to the house and give our car a full detail inside and out, our car looks absolutely like new! Brian did an incredible job and attention to detail. Everything was spotless and clean from the door jams, the leather seats, around the trunk lid, to every wheel crevice. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy, and we received reminders and communications throughout the process.
Update: Enjoyed the service and outcome so much, we scheduled our second car to be detailed. Corey was a joy and very pleasant and did an excellent job on the detail and polish. Will have Corey/Brian come out again to keep our vehicles clean and polished.”

“If you have to go through a car wash don’t waist your time going anywhere else. It’s the ONLY as far as I can find belt no touch(if requested) car wash in Boise. Amazing people working here. I went to three other ones that just kept sending me the another “bigger” company and none of them could assist. Highly recommend and the drying process is crazy and there is a mirror at the end so you can see how your car looks before you even leave the bay.”

They are kind enough to take me to the airport, drop me off, and then pick me up when I return. Talk about a CONCIERGE Service. Plus when I get home my car looks, feels and smells amazing! Plus, I didn't have to pay for airport parking ;)”

Great wash job.
Just avoid ten mile McMillan location. Their machines are on , hyper steroid power. If you have a roll up tonneau cover, it will pop I'll it open and fill your truck bed with water.
The machines beat your vehicle up. All other locations are great”
“These folks have great detailing service that is so worth the 45 dollars. The attendants are polite and helpful. The sitting area is well stocked and spacious. There is free wifi available and outlets for charging your phone or laptop. They do have busy days but even then that are quick. And if somthing is still dirty they will have you go through again at no extra charge.”

“Update: I recvd a reply from Metro asking me to come in to speak with a manager. I did speak with Will about the 2 situations that I had experienced. He appreciated the feedback, said he would review appropriate guidance for vehicles entering the wash track, found my wheel cover (it was in pretty decent condition), and offered 2 complimentary cards for future washes. I very much appreciated his attention to my complaint and his willingness to address the issues.
I will likely return in the near future to see if improvements have been made. I'm willing to give them a 3rd chance.
If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. Today was the 2nd day in 2 months that I have been through the wash & the employee running the entrance & spray did not direct me into the tracks properly & my wheel rims were ripped off & destroyed.
Additionally, when I exited the wash, my car was covered in water & soap suds across the front of the car & through the hatchback. This is not acceptable for an $18 wash.
I will never return to this business & will tell family & friends to avoid this car wash.”

Never try to discuss generic equivalents!Costco has GREAT prices and service, but can get very busy (slow) at times. Ask staff when they are the most & least busy. You'll wait a small fraction of the time.”
“Wow, I am speechless. My car looks brand new! My children have abused the interior for years. Patrick took his time and detailed every nook and cranny. The dried milk and diaper smells are gone. “Always friendly, and fast to checkout! Gas drinks and snacks; quick as you like.Only one star off for the parking lot. Already cramped for space with neighbors packed into the lot. Kick the pumps to a 45° angle and you'll have lots more throughput options and even trailer access on the far pump!”
“I've been coming here 2-3 times a month for the last 10 years. Spending on average 20 dollars a visit. No more, they raised the prices with the new ownership. We're all feeling this economy. However, water and power cost did not double like your prices have.
EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE:
When ownership changed, you increased the price for the self-service bays. I typically spend 30 minutes washing my truck. And then 15 vacuuming. (As often as 3 times a month) Under your ownership, the cost to do that has doubled. Make it cost effect for people who like to detail their car (maybe a membership for self-service bay use), and you'll continue to get my money. Cheers.”
“I got my car detailed today and he did an amazing job. My car was borderline a nightmare, I bought it used. Drove it for months without cleaning it before I brought it in. AND power steering fluid spilt all over the floor in the back seat.
When I saw the results I was shocked honestly, my car was almost unrecognizable. It looked brand new, and smelled amazing. He even tried is best to clean up the power steering fluid for me.
Definitely worth the money and he'll be my go-to when I need a detail.”
