I HATE the noise that they consider to be "Music". The absolute best Music for me is SILENCE. Every one has their OWN music on them; why destroy their personal music or whatever they are listening to?

One of the best Crunches ive been to! Great friendly staff, especially my trainer Alex who is very attentive to your personal fitness needs and is nothing but encouraging, highly recommend if you need a good personal trainer!
