“I’m so grateful to this studio and all the exceptional instructors here. They lead every class with an expertise that you do not get at a larger gym. It’s obvious they are educated specifically to prevent injury, build strength, flexibility and functional fitness. I take classes primarily via zoom and they have the ability to verbalize proper form so I can correct myself! Thank you for the individual approach and caring atmosphere your studio provides, I will forever be a Barre3 student!❤”

“Starting CrossFit for the first time November 2025 at Iron Eagle Fit with Trina & Tony is one of the best things I've ever done for myself. With unwavering guidance and support, they have helped me reach new levels of strength both mentally and physically. I'm so grateful for all they have done for me. I feel like family working out with everyone at Iron Eagle Fit! And Heather has taken me on as her personal project, I won't let her down! Do it TOGETHER!”

“If your looking for a new community that will support you in your fitness goals AND build your confidence and elevate your mindset and make some new friends in the process - this is where it’s at!! The staff and members have been so welcoming from day one. Everyone is there for you when you have a question about technique or to cheer you on through some of the toughest workouts. The facility is beautiful and has so many things to offer besides CrossFit. Best decision I’ve made this summer!”

“Nice small gym they have lots of trainers that see regular customers, not sure how much they charge for training. No classes of any kind , it can get a little tight around the free weights. Great price for a gym and you can afford to get a trainer with monthly gym membership so low ! All ages here so anyone can fit in! My husband and I come here, and we’re seniors and feel comfortable coming in to this gym !”

“Love this gym but their hours are difficult, closing at 8pm on Fri, 5pm on Sat and 3pm on Sun. I wish they had remote access or longer weekend hours. That said, staff is wonderful and equipment is great. Gym is always clean too!”

“Great gym, always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Just yesterday the owner sat down with me for nearly an hour in the middle of the day to discuss some goals I have for the next several months. He shared a wealth of knowledge with me and was happy to do it even though I showed up out of the blue. Highly recommend!!”

“Stopped in today to check out the gym and was really impressed. The manager was friendly, approachable, and took the time to walk me through the facility and explain all the different options without any pressure. He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. The entire gym was also very clean and well kept. Overall, a really good experience and a great first impression.”
