“You really need to read the reviews so you don't put stock into crazy people's one-star reviews.
I have purchased or transferred through just about everyone in the valley that has had their doors open for more an a month. This was the easiest transaction I have done in quite awhile, and I do quite a few per year. They have a really nice setup for paperwork. I really appreciated it.
The owner seems like a genuine guy. Really pleasant and easy to talk to. It's not a typical retail store, so do your homework before blaming them. If you want the DMV experience you get from a big retail store that is your choice, but I like this place and I will be going back.”

“I wanted to order our office girls a Stanley vip that had our company logo engraved on it. I had no idea if this was even a thing or if you had to special order them. I was telling the 2 doctors the whole story of the whole process and how amazing and accommodating Lynn was from the moment I first texted him. He never made me feel like I was asking for too much! When in reality, i was asking a lot! At the last minute. He was so accommodating and communicated with me so well. The doctors response was “You really should try to leave him a google review! That would mean so much because it’s obviously just how he genuinely runs his business!”I found his company just by putting in Google maps “laser engraving nearby”. And I saw his hours said he was still open. And when I called the number listed and it went to voicemail I probably would’ve just tried someone else on the list or given up and realized it wasn’t gonna happen. But then i immediately received a text asking how he could help? I asked a lot from him, and he made me feel as if my order was of lost importance. He accommodated my schedule to make sure I got the cups before our Christmas party. When I asked for an invoice AFTER I had already picked up the cups because ai didn’t want him to think I was t going to pay him. His response was “I was waiting for you to approve the product first. I wanted to make sure you were happy with it!” Thank you thank you thank you again!! The staff loved them!”

“I have never been to a pawn shop and had the owner say “Welcome in can I help you” I thought it was a law that if you own a pawn shop you have to be grouchy and angry ? Bought a gun, smooth transition and the guy was very nice! Great place and would recommend????”

“Excellent experience selling off a few old rifles/handguns and picking up a new FN. Very low pressure casual friendly atmosphere, lacks the usual dismissive or overly intense feel of many gun stores. Was a fairly complex transaction but handled very quickly and smoothly. Niko was extremely helpful assisting me in picking out a new carry gun, very knowledgeable and willing to walk me through multiple options. Will be my local store of choice going forward, lovely place with a great selection.”
