“I wanted to order our office girls a Stanley vip that had our company logo engraved on it. I had no idea if this was even a thing or if you had to special order them. I was telling the 2 doctors the whole story of the whole process and how amazing and accommodating Lynn was from the moment I first texted him. He never made me feel like I was asking for too much! When in reality, i was asking a lot! At the last minute. He was so accommodating and communicated with me so well. The doctors response was “You really should try to leave him a google review! That would mean so much because it’s obviously just how he genuinely runs his business!”I found his company just by putting in Google maps “laser engraving nearby”. And I saw his hours said he was still open. And when I called the number listed and it went to voicemail I probably would’ve just tried someone else on the list or given up and realized it wasn’t gonna happen. But then i immediately received a text asking how he could help? I asked a lot from him, and he made me feel as if my order was of lost importance. He accommodated my schedule to make sure I got the cups before our Christmas party. When I asked for an invoice AFTER I had already picked up the cups because ai didn’t want him to think I was t going to pay him. His response was “I was waiting for you to approve the product first. I wanted to make sure you were happy with it!” Thank you thank you thank you again!! The staff loved them!”

“One of the best experiences I’ve had at a gun shop in this area. Fair prices, helpful service, and they were able to help me with some small parts without any hassle. They also made the NFA paperwork process very simple, which I really appreciated. Another big plus was that everyone I dealt with seemed competent and able to help. I didn’t have to wait around for a certain employee or come back on a different day to get things taken care of. Very solid experience overall, and definitely a shop more people should check out.”
