“100% totally trustworthy! I was on a long road trip, headed from Washington State to South Carolina, when my Blazer sputtered to a stop on the highway, just as I entered Boise. After calling around to a bunch of shops, I stumbled upon ATS. Talking to Mike on the phone, I felt immediately calmed. He fit me in as soon as they opened on Monday and him and his crew spent 3 hours checking every detail, to find the trouble. Turns out, there was no trouble! (I have a sensitive cruise control computer that doesn't like quick elevation gains.) Instead of finding something to charge me for, when there really was nothing wrong, they asked for a small diagnostic fee and sent me on my way with great peace of mind. The car drove smoothly for the 8,650 miles I traveled in the next 5 weeks. I am so grateful for ATS! If I lived in Boise, these guys would be my go-to for all car needs. “I cannot say enough wonderful things about John’s Auto Care Center and their incredible team—Manager Brendon, Assistant Manager Kevin, and the skilled vehicle technician who worked on our car. They were truly a blessing during an unexpected vehicle emergency.
While traveling and preparing to head back to California, our vehicle suddenly needed a new thermostat. Our first stop was the local Chevy dealership, where we were told the repair would take over five hours and that we’d have to leave the car for the entire day. That simply wasn’t an option for us.
By the grace of God, we called John’s Auto Care Center. Kevin answered the phone, and when I asked if they could replace a thermostat, he immediately said, “Absolutely—bring it on in.” From the moment we arrived, both Kevin and Brendon jumped into action. They quickly diagnosed the issue, confirmed it was the thermostat, and also recommended replacing the nearby sensor while they were in there. Their communication was clear, honest, and incredibly reassuring.
The repair was completed in less than three hours, thanks to the exceptional skill and efficiency of the technician who worked on our vehicle. Their expertise fully resolved our overheating and constantly running fan issues, allowing us to continue our trip back to California without delay.
Kevin, Brendon, and the technician were truly God-sent. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during our time of need meant the world to us. A big thank you to the technician for doing such excellent work and getting us safely back on the road.

“We were stranded in our 2014 Ford F150 on a random Wednesday in October. After a Meridian Ford Dealership told us it would be eight days until they could promise to look at it. We called K&R and they told us they could run the codes the same day. They did, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and by 11am the next day our car was ready to go. The owner was transparent, knowledgeable and the repair cost was fair. If your paying withing credit or debit card you will pay the 3.5% CC processing fee.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Ruben and his team. They do good work, they’re super transparent, and so far all the repairs they’ve done for me were completed same day. They not only address whatever problem you brought it in for, but they do a full bumper-to-bumper inspection. The software they use for that is really cool. I got a link texted to me that contained the whole inspection report with pics/videos of anything and everything that they thought required immediate attention or could possibly require attention down the road, along the price of each action item. On each of the quoted items you simply click accept or deny, and within a matter of minutes, they are moving forward with whichever repairs you authorized. It was such a fast, efficient, and transparent way of quoting out suggested repairs for me. And I love the peace of mind of knowing that they had looked over every aspect of my car.
The one time there was some follow up work needed on one of their repairs, they got me right in and took care of it, free of charge.”

“I had to have tires put on my rims very quickly. I purchased the tires from a different store but did not trust them to mount and balance them as they are notorious for doing it incorrectly. Jack was the tech that helped me and did the mounting and balancing. What an awesome job from him! My car is driving so smoothly now. Tire Choice/Goodyear on five-mile and fairview is a trusted shop!! I do all the work myself on any car that has problems because I do not trust shops around the valley. “I have been very pleased with this Jiffy Lube! I have given them 4 out of 5 stars. Why not perfect? I think that more could be done in the area of communication and friendliness. Communication with me more from start to finish. However, this is not to say they did poorly in this area. I just think they could improve to render an overall better customer experience and satisfaction. But they were prompt in service, thorough, reasonably priced especially with my coupons, and finished quickly. I can’t ask for too much better!”

We were greeted by Shona T who let us know that the tires she needed required ordering. She spoke with a couple of gentlemen in the back who came out and were absolutely the two nicest and helpful guys I've ever come across when purchasing tires. They weren't there just to "sell" tires, they were there just as Shona was to help us ensure our Daughter was safe in her travels.
