I had a ‘95 SAAB 9000 aero from auction with some damage and wasn’t able to drive it home after a mechanically failure post auction pick up. Luckily on a cold January morning I was able to get it towed to his shop, had the vehicle worked on and excellent communication throughout the process.
Was able to pay over the phone and pick up the vehicle to drive back to Phoenix. I could go on to sing my praises for Duran Truck & Auto.

“My husband and I were in here today just to change 2 tires on mine and 2 on his. I came with my own two tires bought from Walmart a few months ago. We had already been there for 3 hours. When I paid, I noticed they didn’t give me the discount they should have since, per your website, I am a Walmart+ member and have proof of purchase of the said tires. I have both. I provided all receipts, and it should have been an easy fix.
The guy tells me after looking at my proof that I would need to wait another hour for his high-up (even though he was the one who said when they could go on break, so he must be some kind of high-up… he says he would have to talk to his higher-up to make sure he is following Walmart’s policy 🤦🏼♀ I had everything he needed per Walmart’s policy.
Nobody has got time to waste hours at Walmart. So they overcharged me $20. Free money to them.

“Easily the best and fastest oil change service I have had from the Walmarts in the treasure valley. I was quoted 2hrs but felt much faster. Most WM auto centers only take appointments and the attitude of the ppl working there are not always good. These ppl from mechanics to front desk were all very hospitable and happy to help. Will definitely be back!”
