I know if Kiley is helping me, she will be very efficient in finding the correct information and processing my mail and packages properly. If I'm unsure about what I need, for example, in getting one of their nice boxes for gifts, shipping, or storage, she's quick to say "no problem" and patiently go over the different sizes and types of boxes they have.
