“I hate to make it sound like it's okay to show up at ten minutes to closing and expect these guys to drop whatever they have going on because I'm hoping they can provide me with printing services but that's exactly what they did. The gentleman who helped me was very patient as I changed the format three times and I was really worried that I might be putting out a negative vibe due to my anxiety over getting this done as it was part of a birthday present my wife and I were presenting that evening.
When told what I owed for their services, I felt a sense of guilt and undeserving. It left me wanting to tip the man greatly but he wouldn't accept it. I sincerely feel like this business went way out of their way for me. My wife and I are truly grateful.”
