“CJ & Shannon were incredibly attentive and helpful when we desperately needed a new tire a few weeks ago. We called first thing in the morning when they opened, and Shannon quickly checked that they had the tire we needed and invited us to stop by before they got busy. We love their walk-in system, and we were able to get in and out in what felt like just a few minutes. CJ was incredibly professional and fast - since it was easier to not back our trailer into the bay, he manually changed our tire just off to the side of their parking area. The service was beyond anything we could ask for, especially at 7:30 in the morning! He even took some time to teach us what to look for with these tires and when we can expect to change them in the future. We are so appreciative of them, and for anything tire related, you will be in great hands at Commercial Tire!”

“After going to LARRY MILLER HONDA for an alignment I was told that one of the baring on the front tire was damaged and I needed to spend $500 to get the wheel hub replaced. Came to point S to be told that EVERYTHING was in fact normal and undamaged. They did a great job and assured me that my wheel hub didn't need replaced. I am very pleased with the honest job done and reasonable prices. Never taking my car back to the dealership for anything. The service manager never even returned my call when I reported what had happened.”
“We were stranded in our 2014 Ford F150 on a random Wednesday in October. After a Meridian Ford Dealership told us it would be eight days until they could promise to look at it. We called K&R and they told us they could run the codes the same day. They did, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and by 11am the next day our car was ready to go. The owner was transparent, knowledgeable and the repair cost was fair. If your paying withing credit or debit card you will pay the 3.5% CC processing fee.”

“Small acts of service can lead to bigger opportunities later... This is something I would like to encourage the staff at Les Schwab to understand. I stopped by to see if I could quickly get a small 13" hand-truck wheel repaired. While there were very kind, professional, and had the tire, and I was willing to pay twice the cost of repair vs a new one, but they couldn't do it right away it was going to take 2+ hours. Thus I am not at a store that sells new ones 20 minutes away, paying half the cost but would have rather had the time back. While I'm sure they are an excellent choice for tire replacements, this experience does not inspire me to ever return to a Les Schwab for any type of service.”
“Got my Vavoline oil changed today! When it was all finished, and I was ready to go, I noticed my left rear tire was low. I went back in, and one the employees looked at it, Yep! Picked up a screw. No prob said”! I’ll fix that! Sure I replied”. I waited a few; he came out and says, “your all good to go.”! No charge! I say,” This is a great Big-O tire store/shop. I’ll keep coming back! Thank you. Bravo! Well, today I went back to Big-O tires because they did such a great job working on my Grand Caravan, and fixing a nail, no charge by the way. I pick up another gull darn nail again.! So I went back and talked to Ed, and Eddy! , I mean, Brian and Eddy, they were happy to fix my right front tire, with a nail in it. Hell yeah! “The tire service itself was genuinely impressive—they worked efficiently, got the job done without any hiccups, and the quality of the work seemed solid, which I appreciated.
However, despite that positive experience, I can only give them a four-star rating, and here’s why. When I initially called to inquire about the service and get a quote, I was given a clear price that seemed reasonable, so I felt confident booking the appointment. But when I showed up to have the tire job done, I was blindsided by a sudden price hike—somehow, the cost had jumped up by a whopping 30% with no prior warning or explanation. It was frustrating, to say the least, and left me feeling like I couldn’t trust the information they’d provided over the phone. I wasn’t about to just let it slide, so I had to call them out on the discrepancy right then and there, pointing out the original quote I’d been given. Only after I pushed back did they reluctantly agree to honor the price they’d initially told me. It shouldn’t have taken that kind of effort on my part to get what I was promised—it’s a hassle no customer should have to deal with.
That whole bait-and-switch vibe, whether intentional or not, really tarnished what could’ve been a five-star experience. It’s not a good look for their business, and it makes me question their integrity.
They need to get their communication and pricing consistency sorted out if they want to keep customers coming back without a fight.”
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about John’s Auto Care Center and their incredible team—Manager Brendon, Assistant Manager Kevin, and the skilled vehicle technician who worked on our car. They were truly a blessing during an unexpected vehicle emergency.
While traveling and preparing to head back to California, our vehicle suddenly needed a new thermostat. Our first stop was the local Chevy dealership, where we were told the repair would take over five hours and that we’d have to leave the car for the entire day. That simply wasn’t an option for us.
By the grace of God, we called John’s Auto Care Center. Kevin answered the phone, and when I asked if they could replace a thermostat, he immediately said, “Absolutely—bring it on in.” From the moment we arrived, both Kevin and Brendon jumped into action. They quickly diagnosed the issue, confirmed it was the thermostat, and also recommended replacing the nearby sensor while they were in there. Their communication was clear, honest, and incredibly reassuring.
The repair was completed in less than three hours, thanks to the exceptional skill and efficiency of the technician who worked on our vehicle. Their expertise fully resolved our overheating and constantly running fan issues, allowing us to continue our trip back to California without delay.
Kevin, Brendon, and the technician were truly God-sent. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during our time of need meant the world to us. A big thank you to the technician for doing such excellent work and getting us safely back on the road.

“I had a flat tire I originally had patched by Les Schwab who, come to find out, only put a cheap patch on my tire and lazily did not inclue a plug making it so that my tire was beyond prepare. Heber, the extremely thoughtful and patient mechanic here at discount tire, walked me through all my options making sure to be totally transparent, not up sell me, and even gave me a discount when he noticed I was discouraged with the price of 4 new tires.
All the the men working were very kind and respectful, the work environment was clean and welcoming, service was extremely quick and efficient (It took 15min to change out all 4 tires), and the over all experience was incredible .
After I thanked Heber for all this consideration and help, he said it was his goal to change the poor stereotype tire shops have and to do better. I truly believe he and his crew did just that and I will 100% be back for all future tire needs.”

“I have a 2003 50-year anniversary edition Corvette and for 2 strait years the right rear tire was leaking air and I had to add air every 10-12 days. A local tire shop tried to treat it but it never helped. I finally discovered Hub Cap Annie and Wheel and took my Corvette in. Ever since they treated my rim I have not had any more air leaks at all!
