“The best Arab store for all your kitchen essentials! Amazing customer service, great quality products, and such a wonderful family business to support. Love shopping here!”
“I recently left a one star review of No Gravity. In the response the management resolved my issue with their assurance of guaranteeing their products. I am now amending that to a five star review for there quick and satisfactory service and because of the professionalism showed.
I will be returning as a customer and suggest you start spending your $ here. Thank you.”
“At the Big Smoke is the only place around Boise area that I have found Mickie's ?
The beer ? in a small bottle. Thanks Big Smoke, I love your custom service.”

“Aniki was so awesome! I love her whole vibe. Customer service is always top of the line and great attitudes. They are always so patient with me and I appreciate that. My cigars are always fresh and I always find some extra goodies when I come here. Check them out. Hey keep up the great work.”
“Always got what I need and affordable, some things match big smoke and others beat em' and vice versa, so I mean take your pick, but im always happy when I go in and they have a great environment and vibe in there”
“Good place, good people which turns into a good night! Thank you to everyone who works there & is always in a great mood! Especially when I'm stopping in on a bad day, you always cheer me up!”
“Greer is such a sweetheart. This is a short and sweet review, kinda like her. I come here in hopes that I can share a laugh on my walk back home. You have a gem of a soul providing a light to the surrounding community.”
“Sometimes overly crowded with individuals buying both cigarettes and lottery tickets. Parking can be a little tricky as well as the busy entrance and exit onto main road out of parking lot. Employees are friendly and helpful,”
“Gotta just love Kevin ! He literally draws customers in and you have an instant friend. I know the owners must be extremely stoked that he's representing in the best possible way !”
“Everyone that works there is always so pleasant and fun to interact with. Nick is probably my favorite person there. The Store and Assistant managers(sorry I never catch your names) are also so very pleasant and nice to interact with. And it only took me going there about twice before they started remembering what I get lol. Definitely come here for all your tobacco needs. Keep up the great work you guys!!”
“Really solid local smoke shop overall ?✨. The store had a good selection of products, prices seemed fair, and the staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely appreciated that they answered questions without making anything feel rushed or awkward. The place had that classic neighborhood shop vibe and everything looked organized considering how much inventory they carry. Good spot if you need tobacco products, vape supplies, drinks, or just a quick stop while passing through.”
“You are the location that is opened the earliest, and the Gal that's in every morning is just so sweet, and fun to talk to. I love coming here. Thank you for being awesome!”
“The opening morning gal on the weekdays is one of my wife, pup and I's favorite people to see. Thanks for your kindness, knowledge and warm smile in the mornings! See you soon. 😁”
