“I absolutely Love the lady that run this store. You couldn't get a more accommodating, Beautiful soul and sweet store owner. I have always walked away with a good feeling and customer experience and I go there a lot and have for years now. today I went in and tried to read a label, giggled with her because I couldn't read the label. I am going blind lol. She offered her readers to me and then said," Take em home , I have plenty" She is so sweet. Awhile ago I went in and was looking at lighters, got distracted, bought my stuff and when I got home, realized that light was in my pocket. I a stole it!!!!! on accident. I went back in to pay for it and she wouldn't let me. Honestly goes a long way I guess. this is a 10 star company and shop.”

“My experience as I went into this shop tonight I am highly impressed no dirty music clean shop with a respectful young man from India with a deep accent nevertheless he was polite engaging customers and understandable as I tried reasoning with him that his products are cheaper than others for the sake of the owners business to succeed and grow to gradually increase the products price as I do wish goodwill on this business that they would grow we all need a living and even if they were to increase the price of the products if they are trustworthy products quality over quantity is the saying. Give them a try as I have and see if you enjoyed your experience and products as I have.”

“I always come to tobacco connection because there is a drive thru and they move people through really fast. The people behind the counter are always really nice and very accommodating. I've never had an employee there treat me rudely.... Except for once when I was asking about their kratom strains and what the difference was. They didn't like my questions and I didn't like their answers!”

“Boyfriend goes here all the time to check out new things, flavours, equipment etc. The guys that work here are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their products. They're always up for a chat about new stock and always willing to answer questions and help their clientele. They go above and beyond to help, even calling other stores for a product they didn't have in their location...to find out who has one. Then, as we arrive at the other location to pick it up, they call to make sure we got the item and were satisfied with it. While I don't vape myself, I do go in for others and they have always been incredibly helpful when answering my questions. If you're looking for a place to get your vape on, these guys are the ones to go to. Good service, good products, good times.”
