“Hosted my entire youth group of 30 plus kids while they fixed a bad tire on our bus. Super quick and so kind to let us sit in their lobby instead of leaving us out in the heat.”

“CJ & Shannon were incredibly attentive and helpful when we desperately needed a new tire a few weeks ago. We called first thing in the morning when they opened, and Shannon quickly checked that they had the tire we needed and invited us to stop by before they got busy. We love their walk-in system, and we were able to get in and out in what felt like just a few minutes. CJ was incredibly professional and fast - since it was easier to not back our trailer into the bay, he manually changed our tire just off to the side of their parking area. The service was beyond anything we could ask for, especially at 7:30 in the morning! He even took some time to teach us what to look for with these tires and when we can expect to change them in the future. We are so appreciative of them, and for anything tire related, you will be in great hands at Commercial Tire!”

“I had an “Oil Pressure Low, Turn Off Engin” warning light that kept popping up. Called Dowdy’s Downtown and left a message. About an hour later I got a call from Colton and explained the problem. After listening to my problem, he offered some thoughts then promptly scheduled me to bring my truck in at 8 the next morning. Once I dropped it off, I got a call about 2 hours later from Colton and it was just a sensor, and they would have it done that afternoon! They could have really taken advantage of me with a warning like that. Instead, they started with the basics and fixed the problem. Throughout the whole process Colton was communicating with me and giving me a complete explanation of what was going on and how they fixed it. Vehicle repairs are never fun, but this could have cost me 3 or 4 times more if they wanted to take advantage of me. They made sure I knew everything was under warranty and to call if I had any questions or concerns. I would give them 6 stars if I could! Amazing service and completely trustworthy. Thank you, Dowdy’s Downtown! You have a customer for life and anyone else I can send your way!”

“I wanted to share that I had a GREAT experience with Les Schwab today. Coby at the McMillian location helped me get my tire patched up, reinstalled, and I was in and out in under 20 min! Super fast, great communication, great attitudes and great experience. I'll be back when I need four new tires....”

“This place & their employees were fantastic! I'd of course not recommend going into a place super close to close, but I was running out of time to get all my going-out-of-town tasks complete & I came in with about 10 minutes to close on 7/22. They were all so friendly & professional. They walked me through price options for the tires I needed, giving important details without trying to sway my purchase decision. No exaggeration, they had me cashed out, finished up, & ready to drive away within 15 minutes! I can't recommend this place enough for its excellent customer service & pricing.”

“I have a 2003 50-year anniversary edition Corvette and for 2 strait years the right rear tire was leaking air and I had to add air every 10-12 days. A local tire shop tried to treat it but it never helped. I finally discovered Hub Cap Annie and Wheel and took my Corvette in. Ever since they treated my rim I have not had any more air leaks at all! Hub Cap Annie rocks!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I had a nail in my tire. I was able to safely drive to Commercial Tire. They pulled the nail and patched the tire for free. They recommended I get new front tires, but I only drive this pickup about 500 miles/year, so I’m holding off for now. Nice staff.”

“I highly recommend pretty much all Les Schwab tire places. This place is great, friendly, hard-working, and get the work done right. I’ve gotten tires and then was able to get help when the warranty was still good on the tire. Overall seemed like really good people that do good work. The cost is sometimes a bit more than other places, but the work is done right and the quality is really good.”

“I heard that disturbing alarm on my car, telling me my tire was low. We go to Commercial Tire on Linder and Chinden. They have my car in the bay, on the hoist and tire is off within minutes. Yep! I've driven over another screw. They patch it and I'm back on the road almost within 15 min. They are so nice there.”

“Tire pressure light came on, and I drove to Les Schwab and pulled up in front of one of the bays and immediately a young man walked up and asked how he could help and told him that I had the light on in the car so he checked all the tires and then he checked the sensors and one of the sensors is going out. He took the time to check the air pressure in all four tires as well and so I just thought it was so great that I didn’t even have to go into the store. I just pulled up and he immediately came out to see how he could help me. I love this company.”

“This is long, fair warning: I am not sure of the spelling of names & I didn't get ALLLL the names of everyone that jumped in to help. We showed up on a SATURDAY. When I say that this facility went above and beyond for us, it doesn't cover it. We showed up with a giant puzzle of a car. Our kid was driving through to move to Tennessee. The car she purchased had rims that didn't fit and were 2 different sizes. The replacement tires would have been way too expensive. One gentleman went through FB market place to help find some and even allowed B to hang out and bring in her cats to save them from the heat. We were there for hours. When we needed to eat, one gentleman allowed distressed felines to stay behind the counter, so that they didn't have to go back out into the heat. After finding and paying for a set of tires, they discovered the set wouldn't fit. Our feline friendly hero got right to researching also, trying to find ANYTHING that would work. When we realized there were no options left and it was closing time. They allowed us to leave the car there to try a salvage yard the next day. They then helped out on a SUNDAY to help get her back on the road. I wish I had a before picture. I appreciate every person that helped us get her safely on her way. I am now a loyal customer. Thank you. A special thanks to Caden & Wylan.”

“I’ve been going to Les Schwab in Meridian for years and have always been happy with the service. Whether it’s been standard all-season tires for my SUV or performance tires for my Firebird, they’ve consistently taken care of me and I’ve never had an issue. One thing I especially appreciate is that I’ve never felt pressured or upsold on something I didn’t need. They’ve always been straightforward about what needs to be done, taken care of it, and gotten me back on the road. Their pricing has also consistently been among the best I’ve found locally, especially when you factor in the service that comes with the tires compared with some of the other tire shops in the area. Good prices, honest service, and no unnecessary sales pitch. That combination is why I keep coming back.”

“I bought some tires last year and recently had a front brake job done. Both transactions were easy and hassle free. I appreciate that tire rotations are included when you purchase tires here. Also, the waiting room and restroom are clean!”
