“I went to O'Reilly's on Cheney Dr in Twin Falls to buy a battery. I purchased a battery with a 1yr warranty and after check out had Kenon install the battery for me. He came out to the parking lot install the new battery and told me my old battery was under warranty and would replace it at no charge. We went back in the store and refunded the price of the 1yr battery and exchanged it for a 3yr battery. I offered him a tip and would not take it. Said it was part of his job. He went above and beyond what was expected of him.
I originally went to Walmart to buy the battery but was told it would be a 3hr wait so I drove across the parking lot to O'Reilly's and had the new 3yr battery installed in about 15 minutes. Best Service !!!”
