“Wow what a wonderful place to stop! Tony the cashier greeted us immediately when we walked in!!! Fresh coffee!!! The cleanest bathrooms !! The place smells wonderful and Tony was simply amazing! I felt like I was the most importantl customer he ever had! This will for sure will be a regular stop for me! A great parking area for trucks RV or whatever! Picnic area, a place to walk the dogs and let them run!! Thank you!”

“I love that they have new products from your favorite brands. Since it's a truck stop it's open day or night which is good because they carry lots of essentials. The deli has a yummy assortment for a nice pick me up. The buffalo burger is delicious and they make a delicious fries cheese and gravy a local favorite. I love that they have our native culture represented to support locals while keeping traditions alive and thriving. They have a vending machine that sells native jewelry, beads, and much more.”
“I always look forward to going to my Maverik mere blocks from my home, I've never had a bad experience while there I've even have had a few laughs as I trip over myself trying to memorize and identify the many employees' names I frequently see there, the only complaint 'call it a suggestion' 'it would be great if they would close one fuel lane at a time to steam-clean the ground between the pumps on a regular basis,' I highly recommend stopping into Maverik to all motorists all over the west.”

“I come here often because of the service and cleanliness. One of the managers is magnificent(Thugnificent). She is always helpful and kind. I've seen her busting her arse off in the morning cooking for the deli, or in the afternoons doing extra cleaning duties making sure the place feels clean and safe. All while helping people out if it gets busy at the checkout with a pleasant demeanor. This goes for the rest of her staff aswell, like Lura! I've seen her doing extra cleaning while being super helpful and kind too. ;) Keep up the good work ya'll! Let'sssssss GOOOOOO”

“I was there may 28 at 10:30 pm, when a crackhead tried walking out of kj’s trying to steal, the situation was handle very professionally by one of their employees he was tall and had brown longer hair. I’m glad that kj’s knows how to hire top notch people and, we need more people like him in the community of Pocatello.”

“About twenty large parking spots for semis or rvs. Nice grass park setting with picnic tables. The store is clean and well stocked. There is only one stall bathrooms for male and female. Opened til midnight.”

“Conveniently located right off the freeway. The staff was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we entered. The store itself was clean and well kept. The restroom was also nice and clean, which is a big plus. The only downside is that there is only one unisex restroom.”

“Every time I come in by myself or with my daughter I am greeted with a smile and friendly voice. In the mornings when I come in I believe her name is Ash/Ashley is always helpful and friendly, had the best customer service and is always working extremely hard. In the evening it is usually the best puncher guy with glasses I’m not sure if his name. But if I had 2 employees like that I would do anything to keep them. Hard workers with dedication are very hard to find. Coffee is always good machines are always clean, and the store is always in tip top shape. I love the gas rewards using the app and it is so close to me it’s super convenient.”
“Some random employee (Brian) took the fall for a neighboring location. Really annoyed me that the neighboring location’s hours were off (until *magically* an hour ago). All I can say is your neighboring location employees laughed at people trying to come in. I called the other location and Brian profusely apologized for the other location’s issues. I didn’t ask or accept anything from the employee from this store, but he just listened. I’ve worked at a gas station (currently still) with many chains and franchised stations, and if not for this location’s store, I probably would never patronize another location ever again.”
“Customer service makes the difference. This is a standard C-store with everything you'd expect--and more, because it was super-clean. But this store is not on a big freeway interchange. It's tucked back into a neighborhood, and there was obviously neighborhood traffic (kids on bikes) at the store. So maybe that's why they hire good customer service staff. The lady at the register was very friendly. She was not mechanical in her work, but talking to customers as she (still efficiently) rang stuff up. While I was there a little kid placed a large fountain drink on the counter and then, while grabbing something else, knocked over that drink. Some spilled, but the employee deftly put the drink upright, pulled out a towel, quietly wiped up the spill, and then calmly smiled and said, "Crisis averted!" I was blown away because anybody else would have either reacted in a more startled way or maybe even scolded the kid for playing around and knocking over the drink. Not that lady. She was cool and smiling and "don't cry over spilled soda" forgiving.”
“This little store has the best staff I’ve ever met. The owners are terrific. I like looking at their Native American things. Beautiful! Great place to stop for snacks and drinks and other things. Grand kids love their penny bag candy. As adults now they still do.”

“Shamelessly writing a gas station in the middle of Idaho a 5 star review because of the incredible customer service. We were about 3 hours into our 15 hour road trip when we stopped at this gas station to get gas, use the restroom, and buy some snacks. The bathrooms were very clean, which I appreciated. But the best part was that the cashier who helped us out was SO happy and pleasant to talk to! It was so refreshing, especially at 8 am. We will totally plan on stopping there on our way back!”
