“They replaced my Mac battery right away for significanlty less than others. During the repair they found a massive coffee spill someone (not me) had done. They kept it two more days to clean it and didn't charge me for the additional labor despite offerring. I highly recommend them. Mac works better than it has in years!”

“Jake was excellent at his job, knowledgeable, talented, hard-working and a creative problem solver. He diagnosed the problem quickly but he didn’t have the right part with him. He didn’t want me to wait another day to use my fridge, so he figured out a way to get the part later in the day and came back to finish the job the same day. Great customer service! Thanks!”

“Needed a new battery for my motorcycle. Ordered online for in-store pickup. Got there to pick it up and was asked if I needed anything else like a charger. I said I have the battery tender (750 milliamp) that is shown as one of the recommended products with the battery I bought. The guy says that from their experience that one won’t charge the battery. My question is, then why show it as a recommended product to go with this battery? Maybe I got hustled into buying a new charger, but it’s fine.”
“Jessica is an amazing appliance repair woman! She knew exactly what to do to troubleshoot my GE combo washer/dryer even though it was her first service call for one of these units. The best part was that it was fixed when she was done! I was able to catch up on a few days worth of laundry after she left. She's very professional and knowledgeable. She is absolutely preferred in my book and will be requested in the future!
