“I would definitely give this CPR store 10 stars if I could!!!!! ROBERT you are the best we’ve encountered in customer service in a long time!!!! WE were treated with incredible respect and got both our IPHONE screens fixed in record time! AND at such a great charge. We walked in thinking oh my goodness this is going to cost us!! And because of the honesty of ROBERT ~ 😮💨 it did not. He wasn’t pushy or anything. He was absolutely so incredibly kind and helpful 😆 We went out smiling . Stop reading this and go see him if you need work on anything pertaining to your cell etc why go to a big cell store?? ! And I noticed a REALLY BIG selection of NICE cases for cell phones AND NEW COOL STUFF FOR THE NEW 18 iPhones that’s coming out this week !!!! Go see Robert. Thank you 😊”

“I was quoted one price and when I went to pick up after the repair was complete, was told a higher price. I was impressed that they honored the previously quoted price when it became clear the first quote was in error. Kudos to you for owning the situation and impressing a customer!”

“They did a great job! Very efficient and fast! Only thing I would note is just wanting a quicker response via text because it wasn't clear which location had the screen replacement I needed. Thank you so much!”

“My phone would not charge. I blew it out with air and tried so many other things. I took it into them, they were so honest and fixed it and it was super cheap! I truly would’ve paid 10 times as much and still would’ve been happy!”

“Fidel was able to quickly desolder and replace the relays on an oven control board that wasn't working for a very reasonable price and well-communicated expectations. We had the board and replacement parts, but didn't have the confidence to do it ourselves; he was able to do it for less than a higher quality soldering kit would have cost and with much less stress! We now have a working oven and a local business to go to for any future issue.”

“I had broken my iPhone 6S by dropping it 8’ onto an concrete floor, which clearly damaged it. Then I didn’t want it to catch fire inside my car, so I left it on the roof while I worked on some other things. Then when I was driving away, I heard a thunk and in my rear view mirror saw the phone tumbling to a stop from 30mph. I went back to pick it up and it was really smashed. I didn’t just immediately throw it away because I was hoping to get my photos off the memory. I went to Fix-It-Pro in Boise to see if they had a used phone for sale, but they said no, but that they could fix my phone. I was surprised that would even be possible. While they were repairing it, they also put in a new battery. Now it works as good as new! Very happy with the service! Saved $$$ by not having to buy a new phone.”

“Batteries plus in Boise literally saved the day!! The employees were ALL so helpful and treated my 8 year old daughter so kindly ♡ they fixed my phone fast and its a much older model. Thank goodness they had the battery I needed for my seven year old phone! I have had such a rough year (our home burned down April 10th and that's just ONE of the many hardships that has happened so far) it's just been one thing after another and these guys made my life a little simpler and helped to take away from my stress. I don't quite think they understood how much it meant to me how helpful and fast they were. The Tech guy with the awesome long hair (sorry, I didn't get his name) did a fantastic job and informed me of all my options making it easy to decide what to do. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing phone repair or anything batteries, lights, and other electronics ♡ thank you Batteries Plus for being so kind and helping this momma out today ♡ God bless you guys!”
