“Brought in my Yukon Denali XL on the 23rd of Dec and needed it back NLT 2pm on the 24th for moving folks around. Anthony and Stacey found a throttle body gasket was not tight and replaced it. Day after Christmas I still had a rough idle and Anthony found two spark plugs were defective and causing the rough idle. Much appreciated all of the great service.”
“After a very below average experience at Porsche of Boise, I found Sun Valley Auto Club. I took my 911 there for service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I had an oil change, all fluids checked and, left my 911 overnight for a polish and detail. They promptly delivered my 911, parked it in my garage and left. I didn't know it was returned till I opened the garage door and there it was. Great Experience at SVAC. I highly recommend SVAC for all your service needs. Are they cheap?, no, but worth every penny. “Went in for an oil change and inspection. They took photos of anything that was wrong. Sent me an estimate and there was no pressure to fix anything. There was a good change in the front.”
“When I took my car in to have the tierods checked. The gentleman at the front desk asked me some important questions regarding the tierods. I also mentioned a couple other things that needed to be addressed. When I went in to pick it up they suggested that I have the passenger side rod replaced. I asked them how much I owed for the check up and it was NO charge!!!”
“As a 25+ year customer of Les Schwab, I have had nothing but the best service. My tires are always looked after and when there's been a problem, they were replaced at no cost. The Hailey location has always looked after all of our vehicles.”

“Long overdue, but my first ever online review, and for good reason it's going to the fine folks at Hailey Auto Clinic.
This past spring, my truck unexpectedly blew up on me and I got stranded in Arco, towed into Hailey over the weekend late one night. I had been trying to get back to WA to support a family member in a serious, ongoing medical procedure and was in a really tough spot. It was the week of the World Cup finals, town was crazy, and Hailey Auto was stacked with rigs to work on.
Understanding the bind I was in, and needing to get back, some of the folks stayed late/got there early, and got me back on the road in about 48 hours. In a moment I really needed it most, they came to my rescue. All in all on top of the quick help, they were also reasonably priced considering the work they needed to do.
A moment I will never forget, and I feel very lucky to have ran in to one of the honest + kindest mechanics that are still around!! A HUGE thank you to the Hailey Auto Clinic team.”
