“This was my first time utilizing Perfect Appearance's services. I had been rear-ended while visiting family out of state and, as most of us do, needed to get the work completed in an efficient manner. Often it proves to be a trying experience. Jose answered my initial inquiry with efficiency and provided a clear, concise expectation of how the process would unfold. Every aspect of his description came to pass from start to finish. This rarely happens when one is dealing with automotive issues. I didn't get the impression that my experience is a one-off. It's a relief to have an experience such as this and I default to head in their direction the next time I need assistance. Thanks to everyone a part of the team!”

“Pickup a screw in my tire and the guys at Ketchum Auto Inc. took great care of us. They were obviously busy with a three day weekend coming but still worked us into their schedule and had it fixed by the end of the day for a very fair price. Thanks for the great and friendly service!”

“Buy once, cry once! I don't understand most peopes issues. I have 2 legacy boxes. I relocated one into a new work trucks. Had to trim some plastic off...still fits great! Added locks to it, couldn't be happier. It would be nice if you could customize parts. Or buy a grey or tan topper. But I've been a decked user for almost 3 years and NOTHING has broke. I do construction, I've abused it and WAY over loaded shit on top. So more options...more accessories pleeaaase!”
