“Brought in my Yukon Denali XL on the 23rd of Dec and needed it back NLT 2pm on the 24th for moving folks around. Anthony and Stacey found a throttle body gasket was not tight and replaced it. Day after Christmas I still had a rough idle and Anthony found two spark plugs were defective and causing the rough idle. Much appreciated all of the great service.”

Naturally, I had some hesitation about buying an expensive used car sight unseen but Praz made the whole process as easy as possible, including recommending a great shipper, and the car was in *perfect* condition just as Praz said it was. “When I took my car in to have the tierods checked. The gentleman at the front desk asked me some important questions regarding the tierods. I also mentioned a couple other things that needed to be addressed. When I went in to pick it up they suggested that I have the passenger side rod replaced. I asked them how much I owed for the check up and it was NO charge!!!”

“Samantha and the team at Hailey Auto were amazing. Had my car towed there when it wouldn’t start with a jump. They had it running by the end of the day. When I went to pick it up the next morning, it wasn’t driving properly at they fixed it with no additional charge. Happy to leave them a positive review!”
