“We were on vacation when my son's phone got run over, and the team at the Verizon store in Hailey completely saved the day. Arri and Bryan were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about insurance, trade-ins, and all of our options. Since we wanted to get back to enjoying our trip, we decided to purchase a new phone, and the customer service was top notch. While Bryan helped my son with his new phone, Arri helped me find a new charger for mine. They turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Highly recommend this location — thank you, Arri and Bryan!”
