I was travelling from SD to western WA and the carrier bearing on my driveline disintegrated, leaving me stranded nearly 60 miles from help. Not knowing the area at all, I did a google search and found this business but it was after hours. So. On a hope and a prayer my truck and travel trailer were towed there and dropped in his parking lot in the middle of the night. The next morning Darren came in and got things worked out in his schedule to where the repairs were made and I was headed west by noon. Amazing friendly service at its best. You just don't get that kind of service anymore.”

What started out as a car I picked up at a "junk" auction to a completely restored Pontiac (which you cannot buy anymore) this group was there every step of the way showing my car love and dedication. What more could anyone want. They now service all 3 of my cars, and my Pontiac is exclusive to Lake City. Thanks for upkeeping our daily driver's and helping me restore my first "dad's car." “I had my van looked at and also bought a Yukon from them. These guys are top notch. the best repair shop I've ever dealt with. And it's family owned where the owners are working right here in the shop, fixing cars! They really look out for you and are extremely knowledgable... I had a van that was constantly over heating. They were the second mechanic that looked at it. It was a complicated situation where it was either the heads or a new engine needed. Before they started ripping the engine a part to investigate they stopped and told me the scenario of what I would be paying if they kept going and the possible situations (either heads or new engine). I decided to scrap it and sell the van at an auction in which they helped me sort that out.”

“Was told a couple different wait times for my UCA for my Sierra, called company and they said they would call manufacture and get an update and haven't heard anything since. Pretty bummed I went through this company...*Edit* I was reached out by Jimmy from Alligator and cleared some confusion about the order, gave an update on my UCA which was pretty spot on. I did have an issue with my UCA *not Alligator Performance related* and unfortunately had to return them. Jimmy helped to try and find an alternative UCA for my application but decided ultimately to return. The return process was handled great and had communication was excellent. The communication was huge and didn't feel I was left hanging so my perspective of them changed. If and when I'm ready to purchase anything more for my truck and Alligator Performance has the part I'm looking for I wouldn't hesitate to order from them. Good job guys.”

After a very bad experience with Alpine Auto & Off Road Repair in Post Falls, we took our lightning struck quad to JH Powersports in Hayden, Idaho and these guys were amazing. They are very professional, cordial, helpful and do what they say they are going to do. They kept us informed every step of the way. I appreciated their integrity when they told us the truth and showed us the part that was supposedly new from the other repair shop, which obviously was not--we have it. (We were out over $900 from them cheating us, plus loss of the use of it for nearly 4 mos). JH Powersports are fair in their pricing, GREAT to work with and I will recommend them to any of our friends and neighbors. You can trust these guys!”
