“They helped me out when I was in a really tough spot with my vehicle, able to get me in same day and even had connections with a local family owned towing company (On My Way Towing). They really went above and beyond when it came to helping out a customer. Respectful, empathetic and honest are some key words I would use to describe the service I received.
I was really appreciative that when I asked for their opinion, they didn't fluff up any thing and were up front about what to expect regarding cost. I was expecting to pay twice as much as I did and honestly felt a huge sigh of relief leave my body at the price.

We ordered out of state (from Utah) and were super skeptical as we’ve been ripped off and been frustrated with dealerships in Utah. Ordered a car with Robideaux and it was in my garage less than 12 weeks after. The price was the price. No questions asked. No added fees that dealers hit you with or “dealer add ons”. We had a little item on our car and of course Tim and Mike stepped in to make sure we were 100% happy. We shipped it to Utah and Jessica our finance manager got us all paperwork mailed over night and took care of us as quick as possible for our transport company could pick up.

I was recommended these guys through a bunch of coworkers and a “where should I go” facebook post. I can see why they are so well known. I’m a simple girl that knows little about cars and was thrown into a bunch of stressful situations because of my car and these guys got me in right away. They were always clear about the problems, the amount due or going into it, and what we could do. They even fixed things for free after having to go back for a second oil leak. My car completely broke down out of town and they called me to offer to help call the tow shop it was at to see if there was anything they could do. I can’t say how much I appreciate them going about and beyond. All the staff has been so accommodating and understanding. I’d recommend them any day of the week. “My truck broke down on a road trip, and I am incredibly thankful Weaver Diesel was the shop I ended up at. Every interaction was as professional and enjoyable as possible, even getting the tough news that my timing belt broke and may have damaged the engine. They gave me all of the information all of the time, and had done the due diligence to make sure the information was correct. Every person was professional, and they had real care and concern. The repair is a lot of work, and not all of it is completed yet, but so far what has been done is top tier work. I'm ordering parts from the local Ford dealer and they said they deal a lot with Weaver Diesel and appreciate them too. You can trust this shop to take good care of you.”

“This auto shop is really good. Customer service, mechanics, very good. I've been there twice. Once for alignment, new brakes, drums and rotors, leveling kit and diff drop. Today I went in for a tire rot and bal. NO CHARGE! What??? Made my day. I called today and he said come now. I got there, BSed for a min and thenade a phone call. My pick-up was done before I could finish 1 call. The gentleman said they would match any coupons. This is my new shop.

Hayden reached out quickly after I submitted an inquiry on a specific vehicle. He was open, honest, and direct. We had a good conversation and quickly came to an agreement on price.
We spent the next day completing applications and paperwork online. My wife and I arrived at 9am the following day to see the car out front ready to go.
Hayden was not working Friday so the paperwork was completed by his colleague. Finance paperwork was finished quickly (no pressure for any add-ons). I'd say we were out the door in an hour.
