“I have been very lucky to have had one car for 11 years that never needed any repairs. The last two years my Camry was fighting for its life. I was recommended these guys through a bunch of coworkers and a “where should I go” facebook post. I can see why they are so well known. I’m a simple girl that knows little about cars and was thrown into a bunch of stressful situations because of my car and these guys got me in right away. They were always clear about the problems, the amount due or going into it, and what we could do. They even fixed things for free after having to go back for a second oil leak. My car completely broke down out of town and they called me to offer to help call the tow shop it was at to see if there was anything they could do. I can’t say how much I appreciate them going about and beyond. All the staff has been so accommodating and understanding. I’d recommend them any day of the week. Really appreciate all the work they did to save my car”

“While hauling my bike cross-country from New Hampshire to Idaho, my motorcycle developed a noticeable carburetor leak. Far from home and reluctant to disassemble my bike in a parking lot, I searched for a small, independent shop to avoid the impersonal experience of a large KTM dealership. Especially given my bike is a 2005 and some dealerships no longer work on older bikes.
NW Powersports appeared in my Google search, and upon arriving at their location, the owner immediately took my bike in for repair. That is huge, normally you have to schedule weeks in advance during riding season.
As a traveler with nowhere to go while the work was being done, I greatly appreciated the owner’s kindness in allowing me to hang out during the repair process. I asked many questions and this welcoming approach made all the difference. Especially compared to typical Powersports dealerships, where your bike just disappears behind a curtain with little explanation of the work performed and no idea if the bike is actually fixed.
He ended up investing twice the expected time troubleshooting the issue to ensure a thorough fix, yet still honored the original quoted price. This level of dedication, transparency, and fairness is not often found.
NW Powersports offers outstanding service and really got me out of a nightmare situation. Imagine hauling your bike across country to find out you can't ride it!!!

“These guys have exceptional knowledge of the ins and outs of diesels, I live 45 minutes away and it's worth the gallon of fuel to come here. I got the factory tow package on my Q7 hooked up with a 7-pin so not only do my trailer brakes work, but it's got ABS, too. I don't think I'll ever engage the ABS, but it's good to know I'll have it when towing near my max capacity of 8,000 lbs.”
