“I used to see Deborah long and she was AMAZING. She isn't there anymore, so I saw Dr. Riske and he was absolutely wonderful! He wasn't in a hurry, he didn't write me off, he gave me his kind honest opinion. I had to have blood drawn (which I hate) and the nurse came in to do it and she was also amazing! Everybody here is so nice and I'm so happy that I'm a patient here, as I feel so taken care of.”

Some of my friends did and guess what- they al returned to Prairie. The grass isn’t always greener on the other side. My provider is great, the staff is friendly, and the office is beautiful and cozy.”

“Jackie is absolutely amazing! Been going to her for years. She takes time with her patients which I greatly appreciate. Her staff is always friendly. I am grateful she offers suggestions to try other than just writing scripts and pushing pills on me. Never have I not felt that she genuinely cares. I also adore that she won't tolerate patients treating her staff rudely or wasting everyone's time with no shows (her no show policy is beyond fair).”

The receptionist, Justin the nurse and Doctor Bassler all have incredible bedside manner. Welcoming, kind, helpful and overall amazing. I would give more stars if I could. Amazing team!”
“I had my first apt yesterday with Dr Torquato. I genuinely believe he is on the right track to finding the root cause of the issue I went in for....he listens to the patient and their medical history, something I've found other practitioners lacking in that area. He seems kind and compassionate. The only negative is that I can never get through to the office or receive a call back. I had an issue with meds and I'm not able to reach the office...same when I was initially making the apt, could not get through after days of trying.”
