“I rented a storage unit for just over a year and had an excellent experience, no problems. The staff are friendly and the communication via email and office hours are great. If there's any changes to the gate code or monthly rate (both were modestly adjusted twice, for me, over a year or so. Just check your email if something seems different. Also very high, slightly slanted ceilings in my unit”
