“So far everything has been wonderful! Very clean and the storage unit itself was extremely clean and let me tell you, your manager there Latesha, is outstanding. Every business wishes they had a Latesha there. I am so glad I found Storage Star and Latesha.”

“This moving company is absolutely the best ever. So considerate of our family and took the best care of our furniture. We have had many movers in the past but Alliance is hands down is the best we have ever had. Always asked if there was anything else they could help us with. They moved our furniture out to have wood floors installed and then moved us back in. All with as little stress as possible.”

“Fantastic service! Cody was able to dispatch a crew to help me move the same day. The two guys that showed up were awesome, reliable and really took a lot of weight off back with doing the move. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for help with a move.”

“Great customer service from the site manager, Jed. The facility was recently refreshed and is very clean—it looks brand new. Prices are great compared with other storage options in the neighborhood, and the location right off I-95 is extremely convenient. We keep our boat at Blackwell Marina and are using our unit here as a convenient locker for all of our boating gear. It’s been a great setup for us. Highly recommend!”

“I gave ACE very little notice of my move. I had some unusual and difficult special requirements. Daniel told me how he would address them and proceeded to do exactly that. The staff were all polite, flexible and helpful. The move was priced very reasonably and went well. Highly recommended.”

“Jen was absolutely amazing and had all the information for any and all questions that I had. She was also very helpful with keeping my 5 year old entertained as I filled out the necessary paperwork needed. She went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier to be doing business with such a friendly and amazing company such as this. Thank you Jen once again.”

“Movers showed up on time and didn't waste any time moving the furniture from three rooms in our home out into the garage so carpet layers can come in and not be bothered by furniture being in their way.”

“I’ve been impressed with diamond storage. I feel they have competitive rates overall and the introductory offer combined with the convenience of the location for me got me in the door. Since then it’s been a very positive professional experience. Clean units, easy and quick communication with management, I have recommended them personally to a friend who also said it was just as smooth for them, and would recommend them again. Signing up was very quick and easy online, which is nice around a crazy schedule and I don’t feel restricted to access my unit during any particular time. If you are looking for a no bs unit to keep your things safe they have them”

“I had a great experience at Storage Star Fruitland. Jason was quick, friendly and efficient. He helped me see and choose my storage space and made me feel at home. Even the requisite paperwork was completed quickly. I like their new system using an app to access the facility, without even needing to enter the gate code. I recommend them highly!”
