“Never had an RV repair shop complete a handful of needed repairs in 24 hrs but Mike and his team accomplished that. Haven't had the opportunity yet to test out the repairs but have full trust all was done with competence. Yes the hourly labor rate is spendy but I feel this time it's worth it to have our rig back so timely and have been able to do business with a local family owned shop. Great find!”

“Last night I got into a car accident while heading home from caring for my mom at the hospital. Thankfully I walked away unharmed and the passengers from the other vehicle were also unharmed.
Police and firefighters were there and they did their thing and said they contacted the towing company to come.
The guy a from Schaffers towing came by and did their thing. The one towing my car came and asked for my information but before that he asked if I was okay. I said I was even though I wasn't. I could not find my phone that had everything on it and I didnt know anyones number by heart sadly.
He told me that he was going to tow the car off the road and then he will look for it. The other guy came and said he would look on the road while the other looked in the car. They didnt have to but they went above and beyond. When I saw him walking towards me and handed me my phone I started to cry and just told him thank you.
I was able to call my family to come and get me. They didnt have to but they did. They were the ones God used to be of a comfort to me in a moment of chaos.”
