“On Sept 11th the bearing went out on my travel trailer about 20 miles east of Burley. Wickel Tire Pros went the extra mile to help me out. I had called and spoke to Maria and let her know about my situation. I text a photo so they could see the problem. While we were being helped with a tow service getting us back to Burley they were on the phone looking for a new hub assembly which was 1/2 hr away to the next town. (I did not know that until the job was almost completed). We pulled into the driveway and while I checked in at the front desk, Taco had gone out and started working on it immediately. Lonnie helped finish the work and within an hour and 15 minutes of getting there we were back on the road. Thank you to the Wickel Tire Pros Team especially Maria, Taco & Lonnie for outstanding cheerful customer service in getting us back on the road!!!

“The team at this Les Schwab is the best. We were route to Texas from Seattle in Tesla and we had a flat tire on I84 E near Paul. We drove to this place. They checked and said that it needs new tire. We called Tesla road side assistance and they could not help, we called our insurance company and they could not help. While we were making phone calls, Dustin from Les Schwab was also calling. Because it was Tesla the tires were not available near by. Tesla roadside assistance gave us a shop 150mile from Paul!!! While we turned up with nothing, Dustin walked towards us and said I was able to arrange for tire for tomorrow morning! We were relived that we don’t have to spend days in Paul. Sure enough the tire was there next day and he fixed it in a jiffy! And we were on our way to Texas in no time. Dede and Dustin were very welcoming and professional. We will always remember them for their exceptional service. Thank You Dustin and Dede. You guys make a great team. Wishing you all the best!”
“Wires started showing in the front left tire on the last morning of a three day moving trip. Had us in and out in less than an hour- Jacob met us as we pulled up, took notes, went to Dennis, he quoted, we walked to get breakfast at the panaderia a few blocks away, walked back as Jacob was pulling the car out. Great prices, friendly people, overall I'm very happy and wish I had these guys in my hometown”

“Heading home on a road trip and got a check engine light 20 miles out from Burley. I checked the code myself at Autozone, not a code I am comfortable with (P0011). Called Don’s, they are booked for weeks, but they took the time to diagnose, and let me know if it was safe to continue home. Back on the road with exact knowledge of what to do when I get home safely. Very fair price for professional piece of mind and got me in and out quickly! Everyone was very nice as well!”

“It was great! Adam Cook is an amazing salesman. He took time to answer questions about the vehicles we were interested and told us about different features. He took us for a test drive and told us things inside the vehicle.
Jordan Torrez was great with our financing. He was headed home for the day, but happily offered to stay and help us. He had a great attitude and didn't act "put out" over us keeping him late.

My car's alternator went out about 15 miles south of this mechanic shop. I pretty much googled the closest mechanic shop to me and hoped for the best. Despite my misfortune though, my luck changed when I found Hemsley's. They saw my distress coming in (driving alone with a check battery light on is no small feat) and were able to fix my alternator that day. They are good, honest people and the owner even test drives all the cars after repairs to make sure they're running well. I can tell they take a lot of pride in their work, I would recommend them to anyone having car troubles or just need routine maintenance.”

“Have been taking my 2021 Diesel truck to the dealer since I bought it. Have been noticing the quality of service going down and was noticing poor quality.
Tried 360 Auto Center and was very pleased. Great service and great prices. Actually cleaned out my cab, confirmed with me the oil level. Added the screws to hold down my air filter that the dealer (Hansen Chevrolet) didn’t even put back on. So happy I can stay closer to home, no appointment and very fast service. Thanks 360, glad I stopped in, will be a regular for all my vehicles now!”

“I got a completely flat tire from left over roofing materials all over the parking lot at the baseball fields, I called Les Schwab and they sent their employee who goes by LA to help me at my hotel then he got the tire aired up and able to get to the shop. I followed him to the shop and he immediately had me park in one of the bays. He removed the screws, blade, nails and screw from my tire and didn’t charge me a dime. He was the nicest guy with the absolute best customer service. I was so impressed, my kids and I will be able to make the trip back home tomorrow!
