“These guys have been so helpful to me. I moved from another part of Idaho and have had so much trouble getting my change of address situated (old post office screwed up big time). Although they weren't able to fully resolve my issue because they weren't my original post office, they have done everything they can to help and have been so kind.”

724 F St, Rupert ID 83350
“The staff is awesome & our mail carriers are working their tails off. I wish the hours at the Rupert post office were more convenient though. Prob the most inaccessible hours of any post office I’ve been to including tinier towns.”

“We had 3 packages sent to the wrong address. I called and they were able to find them and hold them at the post office for us. I didn't even have to ask on the 3rd one, they called us. I have never had such good customer service from the post office. I absolutely appreciate the staff here. Way to go above and beyond to take care of customers.”

“I recently visited the UPS store in Burley, Idaho, and I can't recommend it enough! The customer service is outstanding—every employee I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely eager to assist. They made the process of returning my packages effortless, which I greatly appreciated. The owner clearly fosters a positive environment, and it shows in the team's commitment to excellent service. My previous visit was equally impressive, reinforcing my confidence in this location. If you're in the area and need shipping or printing services, this UPS store is the place to go!”
