“On a trip to Arizona from North Idaho, our RV batteries failed to hold a charge through the night. It was a rough night in 15 degree temps with no heater. We pulled into Batteries Plus the next morning where Mark was able to exchange the two batteries because they were still under warranty and failed a charge test. Mark was kind, courteous and efficient and Batteries Plus is lucky to have an employee of his caliber. He even removed the bad batteries and installed the new ones. Great customer service at this location!!”
