“If you are ever in the Idaho Falls area and need service done for your RV, I highly recommend Bish’s RV. I was experiencing some sagging on the front of my 35’ 5th wheel around the hitch. In the past, my experiences with RV dealers doing service was very unsatisfactory (they didn’t actually fix the issue and took a long time to get to the repairs) so I usually call a mobile tech. In this case, I figured I might need to go to a dealer because I was worried there may be a frame issue. Well, my experience was like night and day compared to my prior dealer service episodes. My first contact was on a Monday. I talked to a service coordinator and he arranged a Zoom call so he could potentially diagnose the issue in advance of going to the service center. Given the issue, he could not tell exactly what was going on with my rig so I needed to get into the dealer. He worked some magic and Bish’s cleared some time to get me in on Wednesday morning. By Wednesday afternoon they had opened up the front of the rig and discovered that a steel beam across the front had broken in two and the welds holding the hitch on had almost broken through. Nothing on the outside of the rig suggested that the damage was that major. By Wednesday evening I had approved the repair plan and they were working to get it fixed. By Saturday they had cut out the broken section, welded a new piece in, reinforced that with a second beam across the entire front, added extra corner supports and rewelded the hitch. It was closed back up and sealed by Saturday afternoon. They also fixed a small place in the fiberglass that had been ripped. I showed the photos to a couple of friends who do this kind of work and they were impressed by how good the welds look. Throughout this time they were great about communicating with me and took the time to show me exactly what they were doing. I can’t say enough good things about Tyson, the tech who actually did the work and the service manage, Cody. I would even think about driving out of my way to service my RV there as I feel like it is better now than when it was first manufactured.”

Justin Simpson Owner took a look at it and immediately took it into his shop reattached it for me at no charge. He is a very nice person and I became an instant return customer. I highly recommend him to you.”
“I was towed to Ross' after two very long weeks of van drama. These awesome folks took me in last-minute on a Monday, replaced the fuel pump with a smile, and sent me on my way. An hour later I broke down again. Classic. I limped back in before closing, half-expecting them to laugh me out the door. Instead, they made room for me again on Wednesday. Turns out the real culprit wasn't just the pump - I'd been unknowingly co-piloting with a family of rodents who decided the top of my spark plugs was prime real estate for a cozy nest. Not only did they fix my van (again), they basically moonlighted as exterminators too. RIP Ratatouille. The bill was less than I anticipated on both occasions. These guys are clearly patient, skilled, honest and apparently rodent-resistant! If your vehicle ever decides to throw a tantrum and you're in Idaho Falls, do yourself a favor and bring it here. 10/10 would break down here again (but hopefully never have to.) Thanks Ross'! You were for sure my heroes this week!”

I was also able to approve extra work through that too so it was really convenient. I felt like their pricing was also really good. They even dusted the dash and vacuumed! Anndddd they found the leak for my washer fluid that no one else has been able to find. I was super happy with everything. I called to ask about some stuff they found and they explained it really well and it was soooo easy to understand what was needed and what was recommended and why. I didn't feel pressured into doing anything, but they told me the pros and cons of doing or not doing things. Loved them!!”

Even my heavy equipment . He has swapped out motors on my bobcats. He has also fixed my lemon of a ditchwitch loader that cy with ditchwitch sold me during Covid that has nothing but flaws in it . It breaks down every 5 to 9 hours and he fixes it for a fraction of the cost that ditchwitch charges. . If you got equipment, cars , trailers send it to Doug .”
