“I visited the bike shop? At least 1 time. A very very good Shop. I had a bike with a flat. And as they were near closing time, but they fixed it for me. Anyway, and they took fifteen twenty minutes tops and I thought I didn't have enough but I tried a different card and everything was good.I would definitely recommend going there. They did a great job.”

“Great customer service, open to discuss options, not too spendy! They give you updates and ask helpful questions that make everything so smooth! Especially grateful for Ben! He was on top of everything and the day my parts came in was also the day I got my bike back! Thanks guys!”

“The quality of materials is top-notch. The fit and finish is as well. The instructions suck. I had to watch 2 different videos and the better one was by an independent. The T-30 bits turned out to be H-4's. The hardware wasn't stainless as we're led to believe. No big deal as the black oxide works well anyway. Oh, the mounting bolts are regular zinc. Otherwise extremely happy and would recommend. The load panels are great, but, again, no instructions. VERY frustrating as there are no videos featuring the Pro.”
