We received our Prinsu original almost exactly 5 weeks after ordering. There are no instructions for installation but plenty of YouTube videos. It was easy to install and we love the new look of our 4Runner.

I purchased the Prinsu Pro roof rack. Delivery took 6 weeks but was worth the wait. Roof rack is sturdy and looks great! Also, customer service responded promptly to a couple calls I made. Only complaint would be that I expected a few anchor bolts to be included.
