“BK is our go to repair shop for our vehicles. They’ve done various types of work from from paint work, to new headlamp assemblies to random parts we’ve needed fixed. They are always so kind, helpful, and down to earth. I walked in today with my rear view mirror that had just fallen off in my hand and Tabitha and her glass guy got me fixed up and on my way in a few minutes. They are truly the best. Highly recommend them!”

“My teen was in a minor fender bender and the hood on her car would no longer pop open. I stopped in for a quote for how much it would cost to have their shop adjust it so it was safe and still able to be serviced. I told him I didn’t need it to be pretty. The employee helping me spent the next 15 minutes or so pulling the bent pieces back where they should be. The hood now opens and closes securely. I’m delighted that it was such a quick fix. These guys know their stuff. I now have a favorite body shop in Idaho Falls!”
“Hay, my father brought them his 2006 Ram 1500 turbo diesel for a new fire engine red paint job. TJ found that the fender flairs were badly damaged and immediately contacted my father informing him of the damage. After a little time TJ had brand new bed flair sides and painted the truck beautifully. I work for A&R which just so happenes to be down the road from TJ. And with additional repairs. They took care of my father's truck like no other and didn't finish until perfection was made. Thanks TJ for your time and wonderful customer service.”

“I can truly say to date I have not experienced any company who is as genuinely customer centered as Timberline. After my collision, my car was not drivable; because my insurance did not cover rental fees I was left paying out of pocket. This was when every single body shop in Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Blackfoot and other surrounding areas had a 3-4 month waitlist, which would have left me having to pay upwards of $3-4000K for this rental period. When Brian found out about my dilemma, he immediately shifted his priorities to get me in within the same week. To ensure timelines for other customers did not get jeopardized, he put in his own time to care of my repairs himself.On top of that, despite Timberline being a Bodyshop, Brian and his team went further out of their way to repair my mechanical damages, going significantly above and beyond what they usually do. As a car-naive person, I was completely unaware of the difference between a body shop and a mechanic. I did not realize until after all was said and done what a privilege and blessing I had encountered to stumble across Timberline's kindness and generous mission. I appreciated the technician’s (Camilo) courtesy and professionalism and the great price that I got. Online they were having a promotion at the time I looked into setting up an appointment. I know this bc i had gotten other quotes and they were comparable. The whole transaction from beginning to end was seamless. They kept me up to date on the status of the repairs. Everytime I called the customer service was on point... always polite and answered my questions. When I got my car back is was totally clean inside and out. I am so appreciative for that.
