“Brought my car to Tom to have some work done. We arranged and agreed on a price. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication and something I asked for didn’t get done. Tom took care of me though. I thought I was going to have to pay more for the added materials and labor but he handed me my keys and told me not to worry. Excellent work on my car as well. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Tom.”
“I recently got in an accident and the bed of my truck was damaged pretty badly. These guys were super quick to take a look my truck and get me on their schedule when the parts were ready! I was impressed with the customer service and how friendly all of the office staff was.
The truck came back better than before. I was surprised at how they were able to match the paint perfectly to the rest of my truck! They even detailed and organized the inside for me before I picked it up. If I get an accident again, I’m glad I've got my go-to body shop!”

“My teen was in a minor fender bender and the hood on her car would no longer pop open. I stopped in for a quote for how much it would cost to have their shop adjust it so it was safe and still able to be serviced. I told him I didn’t need it to be pretty. The employee helping me spent the next 15 minutes or so pulling the bent pieces back where they should be. The hood now opens and closes securely. I’m delighted that it was such a quick fix. These guys know their stuff. I now have a favorite body shop in Idaho Falls!”

“We were very impressed with the honesty at Dan's. We took our car in to get a quote to repair a minor scratch on our brand new car. They could have charged us $1000 to "repair" the damage, but instead they took the time to buff it out right then and showed us that it was just paint transfer from the object that hit it. They didn't even charge us for their time. What a great company! We will definitely recommend them and return to them for future repairs.”

“I can truly say to date I have not experienced any company who is as genuinely customer centered as Timberline. After my collision, my car was not drivable; because my insurance did not cover rental fees I was left paying out of pocket. This was when every single body shop in Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Blackfoot and other surrounding areas had a 3-4 month waitlist, which would have left me having to pay upwards of $3-4000K for this rental period. When Brian found out about my dilemma, he immediately shifted his priorities to get me in within the same week. To ensure timelines for other customers did not get jeopardized, he put in his own time to care of my repairs himself.On top of that, despite Timberline being a Bodyshop, Brian and his team went further out of their way to repair my mechanical damages, going significantly above and beyond what they usually do. As a car-naive person, I was completely unaware of the difference between a body shop and a mechanic. I did not realize until after all was said and done what a privilege and blessing I had encountered to stumble across Timberline's kindness and generous mission. On top of all else, the work on my bumper was superb; months later, my car is running as well as new. I was left with a tiny rental cost and a small deductible.
