“We broke down on a busy Saturday afternoon, with a large Kodiak diesel truck pulling a 42 foot fifth wheel.
From my call to the nice lady that answered the phone to the nice gentleman that came within a half an hour! Thank you thank you very much.
They were very, very efficient, very kind, and very knowledgeable in what they were doing.
While it was not fun, having our rig breakdown, I don’t know what we would have done without this company. They were quick, efficient and kind, I would recommend them to anybody. 10 stars if I could.”

“Called Hooked Up Towing & Recovery to help get a car to the dealer that was experiencing locked brakes that would not release. Dennis took care to protect the tires from dragging as he pulled it on his flatbed. He was courteous, explained what he was doing during the process and was friendly to speak with. I hope to not use a tow service often but if/when I need it again, I'll be calling Dennis at Hooked Up Towing.”
“I was towed to Ross' after two very long weeks of van drama. These awesome folks took me in last-minute on a Monday, replaced the fuel pump with a smile, and sent me on my way. An hour later I broke down again. Classic. I limped back in before closing, half-expecting them to laugh me out the door. Instead, they made room for me again on Wednesday. Turns out the real culprit wasn't just the pump - I'd been unknowingly co-piloting with a family of rodents who decided the top of my spark plugs was prime real estate for a cozy nest. Not only did they fix my van (again), they basically moonlighted as exterminators too. RIP Ratatouille. The bill was less than I anticipated on both occasions. These guys are clearly patient, skilled, honest and apparently rodent-resistant! If your vehicle ever decides to throw a tantrum and you're in Idaho Falls, do yourself a favor and bring it here. 10/10 would break down here again (but hopefully never have to.) Thanks Ross'! You were for sure my heroes this week!”

“I was in town from out of state visiting my Mom when my car”threw a code”. I called this place on recommendation from my Son and told them I was “looking for a miracle” as we were trying the get to Yellowstone. These guys went above and beyond, giving me a ride from my rental to the shop and back again. Correctly diagnosed what was going on with the car, reset the code and wouldn’t accept payment! Absolutely felt the amazing service and trust worthy workers in this shop. I recommend them highly!!!????❤️”

They got to us within 30 minutes of our calling for help. The gentleman who helped us was so professional, and towed us to an RV park.

Paint matched up great parts look great… they did an interior detail and ran the car through the wash…
Two ladies at the desk (did not grab their names) were great too..
