“These guys always been my favorite mechanic in Idaho Falls when I get a chance to use them... Last time I was there I went in for a check engine light that morning, tirns out it was a thermostat and a water pump -and two.5 hours later they were done...Always professional, shop is clean trustworthy... And Marlin still works there-!Also...Where I live in Jackson Wyoming the labor rate is over 200 hour at some places, thank God there are still places left that are under 150 hour-!!”

“We can't say enough about how excellent Stallings was for us when we had a late night very difficult problem. We had a Ram 5500, an 11,000 lb vehicle run off of a car hauler ramp and the passenger front wheel was resting on the wheel spindle knuckle, with the tire completely off of the ramp and suspended in air. To make it more challenging the 5500 was 12 ft up on top of the ramp. Jarel and Bryce came out near midnight in the midst of a storm. Assessed the situation quickly and straight away implemented an excellent procedure to lift the heavy 5500 back onto the car hauler ramp. I worked for NASA for over 30 years, we lifted many, many very heavy loads with all manner of cranes, working with the US Navy, US Air Force regularly and other organizations regularly lifting very heavy loads. We were completely impressed with the knowledge, expertise and safety with which the Stallings guys worked. Not to mention the abundant compassion Stallings showed to come out late at night in inclement weather and still maintain a positive and professional attitude! A+++ for Stallings, Jarel and Bryce. Thank you guys, you will always be our first call whenever we need towing and lifting services!”

When we finally got unstuck, we locked our keys in our car not even 2 hours later we just happened to run into them again by the grace of God, the unlocked our car for us for unimaginably cheep. “My foolish child slid into a parked car, the tie rod bent, and the wheel wouldn't turn. We called up DownStream and they worked with us to get it towed on the day we needed it brought to our mechanic. They had the best price as well out of the 7 or so other companies I contacted. It was pretty easy on our part. We didn't have to be there, we set it up all through text, and we just Venmo'd the money to them when it was done. Some of these reviews say they were rude or didn't keep their schedules. I'll say I experienced a little bit of that. They weren't extremely friendly on the phone and ended up being about an hour or so late to tow the car than when they said they would be there but I didn't really care. For the price we paid, they showed up and did the job, and so it was fine from my point of view.”

“Valley saved my butt after I backed into a trailer. Excellent customer service, got it done in a timely manner, and worked very well with me. Most importantly my car looks like nothing ever happened. I would 100% recommend Valley and I would come back if I need any more body work!”
