I was disappointed thoroughly with this visit, and I plan to take my business to Lithia in Pocatello although it is not local and involves a considerably longer drive. First, I made an appointment for tire rotation (I had bought extended wear tires there less than 25000 miles ago, and got rotations as free service) and an oil change. I was told this would take an hour. Returning more than an hour, they hadn't even pulled the car in yet. After about another half hour, they said the air filter was dirty and asked if I would like it replaced, to which I agreed. Then they said one of my (low mileage, extended mileage tires) was excessively worn, and recommended replacing them. After pointing out that I had paid extra for high mileage tires not too long ago, I told them I would look elsewhere for new tires. About a half hour more, they said it would take another half hour to 45 minutes to get a new air filter. At this point, I declined to wait further and had them wrap up the oil change. I will take the car for future service down to Pocatello where I bought it. They have done good service in the past, and there are reasons I don't buy cars in Idaho Falls. Poor service and high pressure salesmanship being two of them.

The battery went dead on my Ford Escape. I'm lost without my car. My husband's F-150 is just too big for me. Called FORD and they got it in the next day. I dropped it off a little after 7 and it was ready by 9. Great fast and efficient service and the price was great.

Justin greeted us as soon as we walked into the showroom, asked how he could assist, and showed me several vehicles based on what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice. I was able to test drive 4 vehicles, no pressure. How refreshing! The General Manager Chris was great! He helped me get qualified for financing in house! Ben finalized my loan and was very informative and also great to work with. What a terrific team! Thanks guys!

Lithia Ford repaired my Ford truck quickly at a very reasonable price. I was happy with all aspects of the repair. They also did a multi-point vehicle inspection without being asked. I will use them in the future.

My truck had an issue that needed to be fixed immediately due to bad weather in the forecast. There wasn’t an available appointment for at least 6 weeks. Jason graciously kept my vehicle in the shop to see if it could be fit in due the seriousness of the situation. He wasn’t sure if he could get it done within the week but I had my truck back in two days! Awesome service and would highly recommend Lithia and their service department.

A week ago today, I made one of the most exciting purchases I've experienced! Everyone at Lithia in Idaho Falls made the process so smooth. It all lined up so perfectly. We went in the previous Saturday and test drove my Ford Flex. Thank you to Justin for relaxing the initial vibe of buying a new vehicle. Felt like we were just hanging out with a friend, he was super chill! Logan was so sweet & kind and really eased up the daunting paperwork process. For the financial part, Ben was super efficient, professional, and so informative on any questions I had. Literally everyone there was amazing. My big bro was there to hold my hand through it all and help me make some decisions, but having them all explain the things i was unsure on gave me more confidence about my purchase. Meeting the manager, Cindy, was a sweet part of it too. My 1 year old son loved her and I almost hugged her haha. What a cool lady! Like i said, it couldn't have worked out better, and it was such an awesome experience!!! I'm so happy with my vehicle, thank you so much, guys! ?

This visit to Lithia Ford Idaho Falls was my first interaction with the dealership. The visit was due to two recalls on my F150. The people at the service desk were polite and prepared for my arrival. The repairs on my truck were completed before the estimated time. Lithia provide a ride home after I dropped off my truck and give me a ride from my home back to Lithia. I am very pleased with the way I was treated and the quick repairs on my truck.Bruce

Meek was an Excellent salesman. Our entire buying experience was both enjoyable and informative. His patience with us was endless and he was incredibly responsive to All of our questions and requests. We also appreciate the convenience of the dealership location.

This was my second time using the services department. Both times I felt like they were fair with me and did great work. This time they were fantastic about working my car in way earlier than originally expected. Brian was great at communicating as soon as they knew what the problem was.

I've visited this dealership 4 times and haven't made a purchase. My last visit I had a polite and respectful salesman. But when it came time for math, the price of the new truck and the trade value they offered for my truck, I saved $11,000 by driving 15 more miles to the North. Not an exaggeration. They offered me $18,000 for my trade, I sold it myself for $24,000. The discount the smaller dealer gave me on the new purchase, I didn't even have to ask for it.

I have purchased both of my vehicles from lithia ford Idaho Falls and traded in 3 vehicles. The sales department was great. Now i brought my 2015 Ford Edge because the check engine light was on. They scheduled me out 4 weeks to check it. I told him (Jason) I’m not sure why the light is on and I’m afraid to drive it. He said all dealers are way behind. So I bring it back in a month and he calls me at 2:30 and said they were behind from the day before. So they haven’t got to it yet. Calls me back in 30 minutes and said it was ready. When I picked it up he told me the battery was low. And he tried to charge me $100,00. I left and the light came right back on. So I brought it back and he said he needed it for a few days. 3 days later he call and said they can’t check it because it has a full tank of gas. So I called him to reschedule the appointment after using up a half tank of gas with no return call today a week later I called and still no response. Now it’s been 6 weeks and the light is still on. I don’t understand there sales team is great and there service team is poor.

We’ve never dealt with a more horribly ran company. We took my husbands ford into get service and it has been there for several months with little to no answers besides that it needs a lot of work. My husband had to physically go in and tell them what needed done cause they wouldn’t listen to him over the phone. Jason agreed and had his tech start working on the pickup, fast forward a couple weeks he calls and tells us the tech cracked the head of the pickup while working on it and that they would only knock $400 off of replacing that, this company is responsible, the pickup was in their hands and they are the reason for the extra damage but will not do the right thing and pay for the replacement of the part, I don’t know how this company’s still in business thinking it’s ok to treat customers like that ??♀️

If you want your differentials and transmission over-serviced so you end up with problems on the side of the road, I highly recommend you bring your car here for "service".
