Everything was an upgrade. Paid for some of it and it didn't get the front of my car at all. It also totally missed the lower sides of my car. Vaccums were decent depending on the one you got. Towels were out.

The wash itself was standard, but the vacuums were so low-powered, we left and went elsewhere for a basic wash and good vacuums.
