I had the most fantastic experience with a customer service rep at Prinsu, and her name was Kim. She was an absolute lifesaver when I had a bunch of questions about what roof rack to get. First off, Kim patiently walked me through the installation process, which seemed daunting at first, but she made it sound like a breeze. Then, she made sure I knew exactly which models were available, so I could choose the perfect one for my car.But the cherry on top was when I asked about finding local help for the installation. Kim went above and beyond by providing me with recommendations for nearby shops that could assist with the setup. Thanks to her expert guidance and friendly demeanor, I felt completely confident in my decision, and I ended up purchasing a Prinsu roof rack right there. It's rare to find customer service this outstanding, and it made the whole shopping experience a pleasure. Kudos to Kim and the Prinsu team for their top-notch service!

The detail of the order was :Ditch lights brackets for GX470, as you can see on the pictures, does not fit , not even being installed, because will hit the windshield, and the base does not fit the bolts , the conclusion basically , this accessory does not fit this car,In order for me to return the item , I have to pay the return label, and also the re stocking fee, I never heard that before!Make the customer pay the return for something sold incorrectly, to bad!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Prinsu Rack's customer service, and I must say it was nothing short of amazing. Their team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to assist me. The shipping speed was equally impressive, with my order arriving promptly. Overall, a top-notch experience that exceeded my expectations. I would rate this product and their service a solid 10 out of 10.

I am glad to highly recommend CBI. I have the baja adventure bumper on my T4R and it is simply fantastic. Looks amazing and the construction and fit are spot on. Functionally a massive improvement in clearance and approach angle. Customer service is top notch as well. Quick to answer questions before and after ordering and delivery. 10/10 all the way around.

I ordered the Prinsu rack for my car and contacted them after for a few questions. I found it very easy to reach them and get some answers. The Prinsu rack arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Installation wasn't too bad, and we're thrilled with the product.

These guys (and gals) are awesome. Their have been a couple occasions where things were a little mixed up with my order but all it took was one call and it was politely and professionally handled promptly and with the greatest of ease. Such a pleasure to work with them.

Got my prinsu roof rack a few months ago. I’ve really loved it so far but I went to move one of the top rails yesterday and all four bolts snapped off immediately. I used the correct loctight when installing. The steel bolt into the aluminum crossbar is a poor design and couldn’t get any help from their team. All and all bad experience

I purchased a full roof rack with light bar for my 2023 4Runner. The install was quick and easy. It looked really good and you can tell it was designed specifically for the 4Runner. Adding accessories like rod holders or boxes are very easy. Unfortunately about a month later I was in a rollover accident but the rack held up well and prevented a lot of roof damage. Couldn’t be happier, it was a great product.

Amazing customer service! Amazing products! I never have to worry about anything with the CBI Prinsu design roof rack. They stand behind their products. We need more companies like this. Thank you for everything. They sent me a new side arm for the roof rack for free. No hassle no interrogation. Just a great company.

Three years ago we installed an aluminum CBI bumper on our Toyota Tacoma for our round the world trip. 61 countries and 100,000 miles later, our powder coated bumper still looks perfect despite having successfully being used for two recoveries. Super high quality and blends in perfectly, important when trying to drive Incognito in West Africa

Customer service was top notch! I had issues with a couple cross bars not being threaded all the way, and they sent new ones so quick that I was able to knock out the install without even moving my truck. Great product, great people and American made! ??

It all started with a communicated lead-time of 6-8 weeks! Great, I understand, I paid my bill, and I started the waiting period. At the time of purchase, I asked to hold the bumper for pick up. After six weeks of waiting, I called to get an update to only find out the bumper is closer to twelve weeks out. Ok, it would have been nice to get a call from CBI. I called back closer to the twelve-week timeframe to get an update and found out my bumper was ready to ship! Great! I had to remind them that it was to be held for pick up. I was told that they would let the shipping team know to not ship the bumper. Well, it shipped, and my fear came true, the bumper was damaged. I called CBI and was repeatedly told "I am sorry". I was later told that I needed to find a company that could re-powdercoat it, get a bid and CBI would pay for it. Powdercoaters are all at least three weeks out. Delay extended longer. CBI would not reimburse me; they have to pay the company directly. Maybe they thought I was trying to scam them. Well, the three weeks passed, bumper was painted and no one from CBI called or would answer their phone when the painter tried to contact them. This game continued for several more days until I had to call both parties and get them in touch with each other.I never give bad reviews, but this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. Every time I asked to speak with someone higher up or the owner, they were always unavailable. What kind of leaders hide behind their receptionist and don't take ownership in their business?? I guess this is what I get trying to support a local business.I can finally go pick up my bumper and install it. I hope all goes well. Their products look great, appear to be engineered well, they just don't know customer service. If they don't figure it out, they won't be around long. Maybe someone will buy them out who does!If the owner reads this, please call me. I'll take your call.Jen, please call me. My number is in your system.

AJ in Customer Support was exceptionally helpful with my Covert bumper install on my 2016 4Runner. The fit is great, however I over cut the factory bumper. AJ sent me some trim free of charge so I could fill in the gaps. It looks great and I'm really happy with how it all turned out.

DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. I bought a 5th gen 4Runner bumper and have used it for three months and less than 250 miles, it is completely full of rust. I haven't even been off-roading and I live in Florida. I contacted the company and they only offered me a $200 refund when I paid over a thousand dollars for the bumper plus installation. Worst experience and worst warranty I've seen on off-road products. Nothing better than ARB guys!

Will never buy from them again. Purchased a roof rack with the intent to have them install it. They won't return any of my calls and now they've strung me out past their return period I have a hunk of steel sitting in my garage that I don't have the technical knowledge to install. I wish they would have been upfront with me about this, I would have gone a different route. Wasted $1k of hard earned money.
