“I just wanted to leave a quick review for Westmark Credit Union. Every time I walk in, the staff already knows who I am and greets me by name. That kind of personal service is hard to find these days. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and makes banking quick and easy. They’ve helped with my auto loan on reducing the interest and getting me my first credit card years ago. I really appreciate the great customer service and the welcoming atmosphere. Thanks again!”
“Honestly, 10/10 branch. Every time I've went there it's always a really nice time. When my card got fraud watched, I pretty much just walked over, told them the issue, and boom! Same day card and I was out faster than a light after you wire it wrong. Honestly, this branch is really good! Plus, they have coffee and hot cocoa, which for some of the colder months is great.”

“Settting up a checking, savings, and credit card account was simple and straightforward. The staff have been polite, courteous, and energetic to work with. Facility is well kept and well maintained.I have been doing business with ICCU for the past two months; I have had no issues with viewing my balances via web portal, and transferring funds have been hassle-free.I'll update this review if anything changes, but so far I've been very happy with the service provided!”

“We had a great experience today, a Saturday, at this branch. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Assisted by a teller who got us all set up. We did a video call with Sage who got everything set up for us the way we wanted. And then we went back to the tellers and Jaci finalized everything for us. From beginning to end it was a great experience and everyone was so friendly. Will be switching our accounts over to this bank. Great customer service is hard to come by and this branch definitely had it.”
