“Let's be honest, the bank can be a very stressful and dreaded place to have to go to. Luckily the staff here are so helpful and kind with whatever issue you may have, no matter which person you get. I had a chance to speak with one of the specialists this morning (at least I think it was at this branch) and she was so super kind and patient! Her name was Maren Ward I believe and I hope she gets some recognition for her work and great customer service. I wish I could remember the name of the man I spoke with before her but he was also very kind and helpful.
