Typically, I don't write reviews, but I want to acknowledge Tori's exceptional service during my recent visit to Dillard's.
From the moment my wife, Dianna, and I entered the fragrance department, Tori made us feel valued. She is an attentive listener and provided excellent recommendations tailored to my preferences.
Tori has extensive knowledge and a sophisticated understanding of the department's products. Her professionalism and patience were evident as she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, which made my shopping experience enjoyable.
Tori's enthusiasm and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction were exemplary. She possesses a unique ability to connect with customers and consistently invested the extra effort to ensure I was pleased with my purchase.
Tori is undoubtedly an asset to Dillard's, and I will be recommending the fragrance department to my friends and family.

Nobody came up to help or see if I needed anything. I wanted to buy something and they just looked at me so I just left and never coming back.

Came in to purchase makeup. In middle of the transaction, the cashier had audacity to tell me I needed to purchase, and use this branded facial cream religiously if im not going to get botox. Really disgusting, no etiqutte what so ever! I completed my transaction at the time as I need the product I purchased for a Event that night. But let me tell you First off, I get complemented all the time on my youthful appearence! Secound, botox isnt even a in house service you offer! I understand how add on sales work, as I once worked retail. It is possible to do so with respect and dignity. So I will gladly take my buisness to Nordstorm and Sephora thank you very much! Dillard's is a disappointment!!

This place doesn't have a good selection for men or women for everyday clothes. This store is better for special.occasions where you might wear a suit or dress. And they are expensive.

The people they have in the shoe department are the absolute worst. I try to stay away, but it is always a bad experience that just refreshes my memory as to why I don't give them my hard earned cash. They are rude, disrespectful and condescending.

Unfortunately Dillard's does not do returns if you can provide debit card that you purchased the item with. Only with yellow sticker or reciept. Even Wal Mart you can look up and item from debit card that you purchased it from if lost the receipt...hint hint it is 2024 Dillard's ?
