“I used to love coming to this location but in the last 3 mo the shelves are 80% empty! Medicine, bandaids, makeup etc! The only answer the staff has, when asking it should be available, is"whenever our trucks get here" In disbelief she said they were just here"?? Umm did u forget to UNLOAD IT?? IT LOOKS AS IF, THEY WERE CLOSING, THEN YES THATS NORMAL FOR " BARE EMPTY SHELVES!! DISAPPOINTING, TO MAN”

“This is a fun place to look for bargains! Each time you go you will find new treasures. I especially love finding great deals on specialty organic options that I normally can't afford to get. I also love that I can fill several bags with food and only pay about twenty dollars!”
“It's a hit or miss with customer service, usually a hit for me personally. I stop in weekly with the kids for gallon of waters and such.. the store is always cleaned and fairly well stocked! My kids can always somehow find a knick knack to beg for. They have an aisle that is $3 & $5. Some of the items are worth it, others check prices at Walmart before purchasing "real" brand soaps and such. There's a price difference.”
“The meat and seafood in this place is awesome!! They also sell venison which is great because we are old and don't hunt anymore! Always friendly staff and great prices! A must go! They sell a cedar plank salmon for around 9/10 bucks much better than any place around, but don't take mine lol...get up and go here to get great bargains!!”

“Big Lots is amazing! We recently moved into our first home, and furnishing and decorating it has been so easy with Big Lots! I LOVE that you can combine coupons on top of sales and even clearance. I'm a huge bargain shopper, and it doesn't really get better than Big Lots.The store is really clean and well organized too. All my interactions with employees there have been great, and they've always been super helpful. I literally won't get linens/bedding anywhere else now and most of my patio and outdoor items came from here too. I was able to do a lot more on my budget than I thought I'd be able to do in years! From gardening and towels, gifts and quilts, to entryway storage bench and outdoor gazebo. How does one small store have so much!? Also, candles can be so expensive at other places; I love the variety of candles they have and at their prices, I can happily indulge my candle buying problem haha.”
